This Hotel is the best

Pros: Room cleanness and friendly staff
Cons: Nothing
Location: The hotel is close to Allen's premium outlet shopping center; a nice place to shop
The staff are extremely friendly. Bed sheets, towels and room cleanness are five star quality. Breakfast not bad. I don't what you expect more from two star hotel.

Indoor pool

Pros: Indoor pool
Cons: Signage off frontage road would help find it. Outside door didn't close shut all the time so should be looked at.
Indoor pool was a little cold & hot tub the same but good temp for kids. Breakfast was good and room was clean and nice for price.

Very good value for a comfortable, clean, quiet room with all amenities I need. Close to shopping, restaurants (very good barbecue)), and easy on/off freeway. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

Three night stay

If this was a Disabled room it was hard for me to understand how you were supposed to in and out of the shower because it had regular bathtub with a surface so slick I was very I was going to fall. The room smelled musty when we turned on the AC like it needed a good cleaning. A breakfast was offered free but was only saved by biskets and gravy and a very unusual shaped waffle.Overall it was ok if you aren't to picky.

Perfect location for us.

Pros: Shower. Window opened.
Cons: Bead getting broken down.
Location: Near two restaurants..
The Shower was great. 7 foot showerhead meant no stooping for me. Bed was starting to breakdown on one edge but was goo enough that I did not complain. Window opened which is a big plus. Room odor was minimal.

The hotel doesn’t give you fresh towels everyday. They give you New ones every 3 days. The hotel was close to where I needed to be

Hotel close to shopping

The room had a definite stench to it. We immediately saw a roach near the air conditioning unit. I won’t be staying here again!
