Mildew and Noise

Location is great was easy to get to and from. Had a mildew smell once walking into our room, bath tub had someone else's hair (small amount). Noise was mine and my wife's main problem. We had people in the room above us that were very loud and made it difficult to sleep. I suppose you get what you pay for. I would choose some place nicer.

Good for the price

Downside the iron in the room ruined my shirt and the hot tub was not working. Upside the staff was nice in the rooms were clean.

We are terribly sorry to hear about the iron. My housekeeping staff is made aware to check every iron in every room. This is normal procedure and a corrective action was taken to ensure future guests do not experience this. The Hot Tub is working now and we do apologize that during your stay you missed out on this amenity. We would love to host you again to provide you with a great stay.

stained couch, smelled room, older and aged bed

this is like a cheap MOTEL smelly rooms stained couch and you can find human hair all over very dirty and bad experience i recommend you to pay a bit more and go to another place it's just not worth it

I am terribly sorry you had this type of stay. The things you described are out of the norm for us. I will admit the couches needed to go and they are! We are just around the corner of all New carpet, furniture, and couches. The rooms will be all new again.

Disappointed

Breakfast buffet was out of half of the food and drinks. Beds are too hard, pillows way too small. Disappointed overall.

I am very sorry you are disappointed and I would love to make this up to you. We are required to purchase certain items to meet brand requirements. As for the breakfast I will dive right in and figure out this issue to ensure we are offering guests a great way to start their day. It was acceptable for the price. I would not return, however, until after the remodel which will occur in the near future.

Decent wi-fi, very clean, fairly quiet, good location. If you're trying to save a few bucks, you won't regret coming here.

Poor quality.

Upholstered furniture stained. Bathtub stained. Toiled ran continuously. Hot tub broken. Check in staff condescending but other staff helpful. Breakfast ok but eggs watery.
