Located in a business park / industrial area. Overall impression was worn and shabby. The vinyl upholstery on the chair in my room was torn, worn through, should have been replaced long ago. When I entered the room upon check-in, I was hit by a blast of hot air. The heat had been left running on "high" by someone all day, and it was 90 F. I called the front desk. She said they shouldn't have left it like that, someone should have turned it down. Advised me to turn on the A/C and "it'll cool off." The Guest Book in the room gives great advice about how to stay safe in a motel. Signs in guest parking make it clear thay are not liable for damage or theft. I made 3 trips to my vehicle, to be sure nothing of value was left in it overnight. Staff were reasonably pleasant, but I would not stay there again.
