While the room was clean, we had trouble with the A/C. Despite having it low before going to sleep, we woke up around 4am sweating from the heat. I tried calling the front desk for assistance, but no one answered the phone. Being unable to go back to sleep, I called Best Western directly. I was able to speak to Reservations, but was told that Customer Service wasn't available until business hours. I asked that they document my call, but was told they could not do that. For the fact that I wasn't able to contact someone at the front desk, I will not go back again. We stayed there because we purchased a season pass for Dorney Park, but I will find another hotel in the area next time.
