Bad management/ Nasty rooms

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Yes, clean the rooms properly.
This hotel is badly managed. I had to change rooms because the rooms were not cleaned and finally I checked out and found another hotel because the second room was not cleaned either. There was also a bug problem there. Very slow response from management and personnel from extended stay America.

Great room for a great price

Room was clean , and comfortable. Wifi was not that great. Great room for the price.

Visiting family. Hotel was easily accessible.

Pros: Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. Convenient location. Felt safe within the location
Cons: Perhaps could included at least a couple of water glasses in room.
Location: Bethlehem is a very pretty and quaint town. Visiting family so wasn't there for sightseeing.
Hotel was easily accessible to Allentown. It was clean and comfortable for the 3 nights we were there. The room was not serviced during this time, though this was explained to us upon arrival. We could change towels daily if we wished by bringing down to reception. Hotel staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast included was take and go. Pre-packed muffins, cereal bars etc. Coffee acceptable. We found a very pleasant bagle shop along the road in a small mall for breakfast. The room was spacious with a kitchen area, if we had wished, we could have had utensils to make breakfast/food at no extra cost. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for decent accommodation within a sensible price range. Please note this hotel allows pets, so at times, animals are in lifts and hallways. No problem to us but may not be agreeable to all.

Cleaning

They clean the room once a week , i asked for housekeeper and they told me its once a weak

last minute reservation

It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The hallways did have a smoking smell however but the rooms and linens were clean

Pros: The hotel was in a good location for our needs
Cons: At night there was a fight that was quite loud but it was QUIET AFTER THAT

No complaints for an overnight. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Room was clean and good size for 2 people.

Musikfest

Booked two rooms, only one was available due to overbooking, told us was Expedia's fault. Provided no assistance on resolving the issue what so ever. On confirmation requested non-smoking, they only had smoking available and would not change our room. Bed and floor had cigarette burns in them.

Terrible cleanliness

The shower had mold in it. I'm highly allergic to mold. Staff would not move us because it was too late. We were extremely dissatisfied with the condition of the bathroom. As well as there wasn't any amenities that we were told they would offer. We got locked out of the hotel and the scanner for the keycard was broken. It took 10 minutes to get someone to unlock the door. We won't be going there again.
