In my opinion the Bath 🚽 is very dirty as if it had weeks without washing it. The breakfast very bad and the products like the yogurt almost expired and the juices with a very unpleasant taste. I don't 👎 recommend that breakfast. The hotel has good conditions if they improve what the cleaning and breakfast areas are. And at the reception a person who is more inclined to the guests.

Rooms did not look as advertised. Rooms are a bit run down and dirty. Exstreamly loud. You can hear everything in thr hallway and people screaming down the halls in the middle of the night. Would not stay at this location again. The staff was nice and they had a decent breakfeast.

I did not have hot water in room 307 for both nights of my stay. In room 308 i was unable to use the heating or cooling system for my entire stay as well. Also in 308 the stopper for the tub was sealed down causing the water not to drain. I informed staff if the issues and maintenance was supposed to be contacted and never was. I was supposed to refunded my payment and was not. Highly unsatisfactory

This hotel was ok. It was a little off the beaten path but it was clean and quiet. We had to ask for an extra towel as we were 3 in a room and there were only 2 towels. Breakfast was pretty slim pickings.

The juice machine didn't work, breakfast was extremely scarce, there was more than an hour left and there was practically nothing left. I understand that they should have staff making sure everything was in order. The pool water was extremely cold, they had no towels in the area. Among the hotel options in that price range this has definitely been the worst experience.

Upon arrival the bathroom sink was filled with hair. Only reason I didn’t complain about the hair was cause there was two gentlemen drink at the front counter looking for a room. The gentleman checking me in was very nice and gave me my room key fast. As if someone shaved bathroom sink also backed up. Water wasn’t very hot. area empty. Juice variety was out of order. The sheets were clean and mattress was Comfy.

The property was very nice, the staff was also very nice. The only problem we encountered on our stay was that they were understaffed due to having a bunch of college students, looked like a mixed sports team, staying overnight and there was only one person to work the front desk and also keep the continental breakfast stocked up for patrons to eat. When we went at 9 there was nothing available and as it came out the college kids would take it and leave nothing for other patrons. We ended up having to pay for breakfast when it should have been included in our hotel cost.

Great Stay
We have stayed here multiple times over the past few years and received excellent service. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is well stocked. Plenty to choose from. The front desk staff are always friendly.

Reservation transferred due to lack of hot water
Reservation transferred. Three days prior to our arrival we received a call that the hotel would not be able to accommodate our stay due to a lack of hot water, thus the hotel would be closed. It wasn't clear what the issue was, but apparently tWe were told that our reservation would be honored at a sister property, a Holiday Inn Express in Bethlehem, PA, wherein the rate would be honored. We called to verify the transition and after a few calls were finally able to verify our transferred stay. So, the hotel ratings are neutral since we did not experience a stay at this property and no option to rate otherwise is provided on the site.

Highly recommended
We stay every year as a part of annual Band competition in Allentown. Staff are always friendly and patient with the large group of students. Rooms are clean and well maintained. We always appreciate staying there.
