Cons: aggressive cleaning staff
Location: loss your money at sands
everything was great until the maid woke me up by banging on the door.

Staff very friendly. Close the the event we were going to. Only suggestion give good size pillows in the rooms.

The hotel rooms are dated. The walls and ceilings are stained, holes in walls, wall paper peeling, . Couch and chairs stained. Kitchen was old, dirt and grime on refrigerator and throughout kitchen. I would NEVER recommend this hotel. The staff member at check-in was extremely unhappy, she seemed miserable, barely answered questions. Extremely overpriced for the condition of the hotel. I heard other guests complaining about bugs in their rooms and lack of cleanliness. I would expect better from a Hampton Inn.

Hotel is going through a remodeling process. Parts seemed a bit dated and worn - staff quickly addressed and explained about remodeling
