Double-check your invoice when you check out!

Pros: The cleanliness of the room.
Cons: Training for the front desk staff is needed.
Location: There are many restaurants and a large shopping center nearby.
I booked & paid for my room through Expedia. The hotel staff took my credit card number for incidentals, which I didn't incur. Unfortunately, the staff charged my credit card for the room that I had already paid Expedia for. I caught the error during check out. The staff couldn't check me out because they didn't know how to correct the problem. They promised to email a corrected invoice, but unfortunately, the room was still charged to me. After repeated phone calls & emails, the issue was finally resolved. If you choose to stay at this hotel, make sure that your room isn't on the side of the building that faces the truck distribution center (which operates through at least 10 pm). Parking spaces are very limited In the evening when the neighboring restaurants are busy.

New updated and clean hotel. Beds were very comfortable, we will be back.

Very Nice Hotel

Very nice hotel with most amenities. Very disappointed, though, that $159 per night did not include a continental breakfast. Otherwise very clean; staff very friendly.

Thanks for the feedback. I am sorry that you were disappointed about the lack of free breakfast, as a brand Hilton Garden in doesn't not offer a free breakfast.

Nice, clean hotel with a great bar and restaurant

This hotel was a great find, they have a nice bar and restaurant area on the main floor that was open till 11. At the last minute we needed a rollaway bed and they brought it to the room within 5 minutes of requesting it! Great overall!

Huge bathroom with the smallest sink countertop. No room to put toiletries on counter. Had to leave them on floor. Lots of wasted space in there

Because these rooms need to be mobility accessible we do have counter tops or that vanities are much smaller. In the standard rooms, that vanity is the whole length of the bathroom. Would stay again

Was a pleasant stay. Everything fine. For the price of the room I do think compliment small breakfast should be included but it wasn't
