We thought We reserved a "handicapted" room but upon arriving it was obvious that room 318 was Not! Insted of a flat floor Shower there was a foot hight step-over tub?! Bringing this fact to the Attention of the person on duty when We checked out We \were "Informed" that We should have requested a "Roll-In" Shower..!!?? Some Customer "Service" eh??

The property was clean and the staff is very friendly. The free breakfast was one of the best that I have had and they kept putting fresh food.

My biggest issue is the abandoned cars that are in the parking lot. One's last registration sticker was 2021, the other 2018. No one cares to investigate and tow them away. It shows the boss dont care about their property and comes across as unsafe. What else happens in the parking lot?

Liked the location and the staff was excellent! However, cleanliness needs to be better. There was mold in the freezer along with old food from prior guest in the fridge. Shower spout needs a deep clean or replaced. Other than that, all around good experience.

Staff friendly and helpful. My requests for rm location for me & for family member were honored. Stayed 2 nights. No housekeeping for 1st night. I told front desk we would be out 1 pm to 7 pm. Anytime in there is fine for housekeeping. But nothing was done..why? If the staff doesn't come in on in between days, tell the guests. So service was sparse on room tidying, needed towels, toilet paper..... Just puzzling why room was not freshened up. Overall facility clean, comfortable, and quiet.

stayed for a concert at the state theatre purchasd a container of lays potatoe chips & they were all broken nothing but crumbs in the container when I showed the front desk all they said was sorry Ill tell someone. They should have offered my money back since it was $5.00 (rip off) or just gave me a new container.
