We were disappointed that there was no swimming pool. When we booked the hotel with hotel.com the agent did not highlight that. When we arrive at the hotel the manager said that there was no pool because we were in front of a waterpark which was ridiculous excuse. As a parent,the kids need something to do at the hotel after the park closes. Also what if we need a hotel in the winter how important a pool can be.

Thank you for taking the time to share your comments about your recent stay with us. It is certainly true that the number one requested amenity from our guests during the summer is a pool. I am truly sorry to learn that this missing feature was such a negative impact on your stay.
Although it does not appear that the booking agent misled you in any way, it does sound as though she/he could have done a better job in reviewing the features and benefits our hotel offers. As such, I am reviewing the information provided to their agents in an effort to help them do just that.
