Nice hotel about 1/2 hour from Sands Event Center

Pros: The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Location: Amusement Park right across the street.
My daughter and I spent 1 night here to attend Il Divo concert. Would return in the future.

We were disappointed that there was no swimming pool. When we booked the hotel with hotel.com the agent did not highlight that. When we arrive at the hotel the manager said that there was no pool because we were in front of a waterpark which was ridiculous excuse. As a parent,the kids need something to do at the hotel after the park closes. Also what if we need a hotel in the winter how important a pool can be.

I am truly sorry to learn that this missing feature was such a negative impact on your stay. Although it does not appear that the booking agent misled you in any way, it does sound as though she/he could have done a better job in reviewing the features and benefits our hotel offers. Staff and Room

I had my doubts at first, but then I came in everything was very nice and clean and organized. The hotel staff was very nice even made me laugh. Trust me I dont laugh much but they sure made me laugh. Asked for a few extra towels and they brought it up within two minutes. On the second day, I knew the hotel staff was going to clean up my room so i worried about my things. But when i got back. Everything was still there wish a very clean room. Thanks you very much.

Dusty Air

The air conditioner in each room was absolutely filthy. The showers could have been cleaner. The elevator would jump either when you stepped on or got off. Mildly sketchy. Breakfast was ok... Other than that the rest of the property was fine. The bathroom was spacious.

We were in town for a couple of days to visit family. The location was great and the room was clean and well kept. The breakfast was ample. Overall a good find and if you are headed to Dorney Park, it's literally across the street.
