This hotel needs ti be shut down! I’m a no frills person, but this was absolutely filthy and not safe. Signs everywhere should have clued me in- ‘you only have 15 minutes from check -in to ask for a refund.’ This sign is in SIX spots around the reception area. It’s a place for Johns and Call Girls. My daughter was traumatized . Great location, but what a dump.

Back to the desk clerk 3 times to find clean room
Lobby smelled like pot upon entering. Contract said I had 15 minutes to let the front desk know if there was a problem with the room before I was charged for it. First room was dirty with ripped curtain. Second room the stench of cigarettes nearly knocked me over when I opened the door (it was a non-smoking room). Third room front desk clerk escorted me to. It was cleaner and didn't smell so I took it. Floor tiles where poorly installed and separated, flooring into the bathroom was crumbling (maybe it had flooded at one time), The lights over window were on a sensor and came on during the night when I moved in the bed. The room was two doors down from the lobby. I could clearly hear a loud guest/ front desk clerk during the night.

We left at 4;30 am because a couple was having an argument in the room next to us and we couldnt sleep. The hallway smeemed if cigerette even though we had a non smoking room and the actual floor of the room we were in was in disrepair. Will never go here again.

we didn’t even spend the night at the hotel, the hotel was disgusting, and had lice, and we walked in didn’t even want to put our bags on anything we were clinging to our stuff, and we saw a lice crawling on the pillow, and we have pictures of the lice on the pillow and the lady said that she was going to give us a refund and to call back the next morning and then the next morning we called and she screamed at us and it refused a refund so we had to dispute it with Chase do not recommend if anything this hotel should be shut down for being unsanitary

This place just sucked on an epic scale do your self a favor find some other place to stay, room was the size of a jail cell with cigarette burns in the bed comforter, the TV turned on but had no sound and when calling the front desk from my cell phone cause the room has no phone to inform them of the TV issue I was told someone would be up there to look at it........never came either day of stay room windows on 3rd floor we're screwed shut so ya couldn't get fresh air in the room which to get rid of the weed smell from the hallway and elevator but hey if crack houses are your thing enjoy your stay

It was dirty, smelly there were cigarette burns on the bedding. And we woke up to cockroaches. We have pictures of the burns but unfortunately I couldn't get pictures of the cockroaches before they scattered. This has to be the worse experience we have had staying in a hotel.

The Review of this property was okay. I didn't like the fact that the floor I stayed on the ceiling ties was not completely covered because it looked like work was being done. Also, on one side of my bed there was a lot of ants all over the floor and around the dresser.

Asked for a No-Smoking room! The room reeked of stale smoke. There were cigarette holes burned into the bedsheet and the curtains! The walls were filthy, and there were ants in the bathroom sink. And to the right of the toilet I believe their floor is about to cave-in. Absolutely disgusting. But … it was cheap and the exterior looked nice

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at, and that includes in developing countries. Furniture, mattresses, and all other amenities are of the lowest possible quality, and half-heartedly cleaned. My first room was connected to another room with very little sound proofing, and was infested by ants crawling on the floor, nightstand, and even bed. I requested a change and was given a better, quiet room, though I still saw a small cockroach the next morning. The staff is disinterested, and there was no food in the breakfast area. It was unacceptable at any price. Definitely worth paying a few extra dollars to stay somewhere else with self respect.

Cozy & well-appointed; where can I hang my pants?
A comfortable if small-ish room with the amenities one expects of a hotel at this price point. The microwave, refrigerator, TV and WiFi were present and all worked. Oddly though, there was no place to hang clothing. No rack or hooks of any kind. Due to the room's size there was no desk or chair; just a bench seat, so not even a chair back to toss something over...

The bathroom sink didn't drain properly, and the tub was not useable, since there was no mechanical nor rubber stopper present. Maintenance and housekeeping staff were not on-site during the hours I was on-site, and even though I asked the front desk staff twice (once each to 2 different people) to have these addressed, they were not. Housekeeping didn't even clean or make up my room during my stay. Also, sketchy characters were hanging out in the parking lot, and smoking weed in their cars. While nothing bad happened, it didn't leave me feeling my car or its contents were secure.

Over all the carpets in the room that i rented, missing pieces on the rug, the first room smell like somebody was smoking all day, they left used towels in the bathroom, the other room i rented smells like if an animal was death inside the room and there was a lot of fly's in the room. Dirty towels on the hallway of the floor. It wasn't a pleasant stay. Sorry but i have to be real about this, so you guys do a better job for other people and for your benefit.
