Made a reservation online which also was paid for in advance. Once i arrived and entered the lobby there was also another guest who arrived a couple minutes prior to me, who had already been waiting to be checked in. We both were greeted with an empty lobby and no one behind the desk, but a sign that stated they had stepped away and if you needed assistance to call the phone number listed on the sign below. We called the number listed twice with no answer. I'd say give or take we waited a good 10-15 minutes for the front desk host to return to get us checked in. Once she did return she was not by any means happy or inviting. She did not go over anything about the hotel during my stay there. Example: breakfast hours, etc. I was highly disappointed with the front desk service making me 2nd guess on if I'd even consider booking a stay there again in the future. But, once checked in and entered my room, well that where I made the decision I would stay there again, giving it a second chance. The room was very clean and cozy. I can definitely say I was comfortable during my stay there. Hopefully the front desk situation will be a completely different experience for next time.
