The deluxe King suite that I paid $120 for one night was absolutely nothing like they showed in the pictures the whole hotel look like it was an old church redone into a hotel the only difference between the deluxe suite and a regular hotel room I think was just the size other than that. there was nothing fancy about it. I should’ve just gotten a regular room. Other than that. Everything else was perfect. Staff was great. Food was excellent. It was crazy.

The staff and service were excellent, friendly and very helpful. Does need renovation, but is in process of doing so plan wise very good, no bugs or mold!

Very disappointed as you rated this property as Good. It was Poor at best. YOU MUST INSPECT THIS PROPERTY NOW!! I have pictures for you to see. The carpet in my room was not only dirty But also unsafe! I'm disabled and there was No elevator and all their rooms on the first floor were suppose to being renovated.

The location was excellent as far as accessibility to so many store, restaurants, etc; Hotel was a little dated condition wise. Carpet in my room had a distinct smell. Staff was excellent. Was a good stay.

The staff was very nice. The room was clean. Breakfast was good and hot. The room didn’t have a remote to the television but they brought one up the next day.

The receptionist was very help but the management was horrible no one was available to assist myself on the young lady at the counter. The building was not in the best condition with the hallways peeling wall paper and water stains from a leaking roof in many spots in the hallway. The security deposit for the room is rediculous and robbery . I will never be staying here again and I’ve stayed in many hotels in the Allentown Bethlehem area…. The area around is great but find another place to stay.

For the price, you can’t get better! Did not know there was a full breakfast! Fantastic! Bed was amazing. Pillows were amazing…. coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator in the room. The only thing I can say is that the toilet paper roll handler was broken and my toilet paper rolls were on the back of the toilet.

Upon check-in I didn’t realize that there was no elevator when I reserved my room, and I had a lot of baggage, I then asked to switch to a 1st floor room, but was told that there were none. As a senior citizen it was a bit difficult carrying my additional baggage up the stairs. Other then that the stay was ok.
