Perfect hotel location, right in the centerPosted Jun 15, 2015
Pros: The location was perfect, it was right in the center of everything. The beds were very comfortable and the room with the kitchen was perfect!
Cons: My room was not serviced 3x out of my week there and I let know each time. When I called for clean towels, I was asked to come down for them.
Location: It's in the center of everything, you have lots of shopping, highway near by, gas station, a movie theater, a mall, a supermarket, restaurants, banks.
This hotel was very nice, clean, friendly and comfortable. The room size to include the kitchen was perfect for a family. The breakfast was ok, just something to get you going, but if you want a full breakfast, the kitchen in your room is perfect for that. We weren't able to enjoy the pool, they close early. The lobby has a quiet area if you’re away on business. The internet was included in the rate, which was a plus. My only complaint was the room service. We spent a week there and 3x my room wasn't serviced, so we didn't receive clean towels. The first time was out fault because we left the room later than normal. So the 2nd time on my way out, I let the front desk know & requested my room be serviced. When I returned later that night it wasn't. So I had to call down for towels & was asked to come down for them. When we went down for clean towels, we received pool towels. Besides that, the hotel, rate and location of hotel were perfect and I would stay again. Just remember to advise the front desk when you leave, so your room is serviced and make sure they write it down.

Nice hotel but beware the hidden pet fee.Posted May 19, 2015 on Hotels
We, plus our dog, spent a night at the hotel. We arrived very late and left very early so we did not really experience the hotel or its facilities. A major surprise was learning on arrival that there was a $100 plus $6.00 tax "pet fee". It was not obvious on the website. In the morning, I asked the front desk about it and was told that the pet fee was listed in the FAQ. My feeling is that had the pet fee been listed more prominently I would not have felt as if I had been blindsided by a "hidden" fee. Most pet friendly motels either do not have pet fees or, if they do, are very prominent about the amount.

Birthday weekendPosted Mar 30, 2015
Pros: Clean, comfortable and great location.
Location: County park nearby had free public tennis courts, in Easton the shooting range has archery classes, and Jacobsburg National park for hiking.
We really wanted to be central to a few different activities my son wanted to do for his birthday. Most of the time we visit Easton, Bethlehem and sometimes Nazareth. This place was central to all. Very nice accommodations and with a kitchenette that was just what we needed since I usually vacation with timeshares and cook breakfast in.

Nice hotel just outside of AllentownPosted Mar 13, 2015
The rooms are very clean. The kitchenette was nice. The hotel staff was more than courteous. I wish I would have known they allowed pets my puppy would have loved it!

Nice place for familiesPosted Feb 17, 2015 on Hotels
I thought I reserved a "suite" but it was actually just a room with a sofabed in it. The hotel staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Nice hotelPosted Jan 25, 2015 on Hotels
Had a very nice stay with my family. We liked how there was a kitchenette in the room. The kids had fun in the pool. I think the breakfast could have been better, and have included more tables, but it was alright. We also enjoyed the convenient location (kitty corner from the Wegmans and shopping areas). Nice stay!

Family friendlyPosted Jan 21, 2015 on Hotels
Room was smaller than expected because it was a studio instead of a one bedroom as pictured on the website. Still the hotel overall and rooms were clean.

Convenient and comfortable but well used!Posted Dec 31, 2014
Pros: Convenient, comfortable, safe and I can use awards points; the staff is fabulous; great workout room
Cons: Furniture showing signs of wear; noisy crowded breakfast area; no ramp out front for rolling bags
I usually stay here when I come to visit my mother in Moravian Hall Square retirement place. This time, I arrived on Christmas Day and stayed 5 nights. It is comfortable and feels safe.
