“We had an amazing time staying at Allercott Farm. The cottage was beautiful, cosy and very peaceful at night, and you’re right in the middle of Exmoor so you can drive for around 20 minutes any way at all and find yourself at one of the many walks. Hosts were awfully lovely, as were their several friendly dogs who were keen to say hello. We’d absolutely consider staying again sometime to visit more of the national park. 😊”

“This was ideal for me. I loved it here. It was really peaceful. I couldn't hear a thing apart from the birds and the occasional sheep. I stayed for 4 days and I wished it could have been longer. There is no TV in the hut which also suits me to the ground. The wi-fi is excellent so if you do want to watch something on an I pad or tablet you will have no problem with the reception. There was a nice touch with tea making facilities and scones provided for the 4 days that I was there. I cannot……

“Beautiful place to stay!Beds and bed lining perfect & so comfortable..The let down was whoever is cleaning the property is not doing a very good job, down the side of the aga cooker is disgusting and the windows need a good clean inside and out all the covers in the game’s room are very badly stained and need to be cleaned. Just a thorough deep clean would be most welcome as it’s a beautiful cottage and lovely peaceful place to stay. Upstairs was not a problem showers were great as were the……
