The hotel was great and beautifully laid out. However the beds were very hard and very uncomfortable. There were no coffee making facilities which proved very frustrating. The food in our opinion was poor at breakfast and always cold.

We regret that the variety of the buffet has not been to your liking during breakfast, since it includes a multitude of sausages, dairy, cut fruit, bakery and pastries, hot English breakfast and also live cooking to prepare your eggs, tortillas or pancakes to your choice. We would be grateful if you could indicate possible faults to continue improving the quality of our breakfast. Likewise on the beds indicate to you that the mattresses have been changed recently, something that has been very well valued by the majority of our clients. In any case, we will take into account your impressions.
