“From day one the host was in touch with us even before the actual check in date. She was so gracious and always quick to respond when we did have a question. Even when we checked in. We traveled with our son, our grandson and our nephew for a motorcycle rally in Sylva for the weekend of 9/24 - 9/26 and we left on the 27th. My son came up late on the 24th as he ended up having car trouble coming across the mountain. The morning of the 25th the host noticed we were having a problem and offered……
