“It was a clean house and we had a blast at the beach across the street.”

“Very clean and comfortable house. Convenient location. Host was quick to respond to our messages.”

“We enjoyed the beautiful view of the lake, toes in the water, evening fire on the beach. Only a short walk into downtown Alpena where we listened to live music and sampled from the local breweries. Restaurant recommendations in the welcome and review book were very helpful”

“The lake view was great. Loved the beach.”

“This is a nice inn. The rooms are on the second floor and you must access by steps. The first floor is a restaurant, shop and office. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was pastries, left right at your door. They were excellent. The key to our room was left for us. We never saw any staff - but there really was no need. I would stay here again if I return to this area.”

“Beautiful landscaping and great views”

“A True Piece of Heaven! We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful property! You can absolutely feel the warmth, history, and decades of love in every corner—it has the coziest, most comforting "grandma's house" feel. The home was incredibly clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. A huge bonus: the kids slept……

“Nice layout with all the immenities”

The place has a lot of potential, but I think it could really benefit from a deep clean and some minor renovations. When I first……

“The home was immaculate, quiet and very well stocked, the host truly thought of everything. The communication was excellent, the hot tub was relaxing and the place was in a great location. It was a nice bonus that the clubhouse Grill with excellent food was right on the property. If traveling or vacationing near Hillman Michigan this is definitely the place to be.”
