Great location be open minded
Great location, free underground parking is a bonus, height was fine for a Toyota Hilux and you can drop off luggage for half an hour at the roundabout adjacent the block. We were six adults and it is "cosy", the table has leaf extensions both ends so could all sit to eat. Balcony both sides, the one at the entrance has a box to store walking boots etc. Stairs are narrow with no hand rail and space upstairs is cramped as others have observed. The lack of door on the double room up there must be because it otherwise has no window but I fail to grasp why it also has a gap in the wall, we pinned a towel across it. Linen and towels aren't included (although the owner supplies flimsy paper like protectors) we organised through Val Linge who were very efficient and delivered/collected. Would definitely book again, it would certainly suit young families with a couple of children.

Great flat and excellent location!
Monsieur Carriou, was very quick to respond and evidently took care of his apartment. Lovely flat in the most central location in Val, it is not in fornet as the ad may suggest. Probably the best flat I have stayed in for the price and very well equipped (plates/ glasses etc). parking was easy enough but as the flat is in the pedestrian area unloading and loading was a little walk away. I would recommend taking your own linen as disposable sheets are not the nicest but apart from that I couldn’t recommend the apartment more highly.

Great Location
Small property, we are a family of 6 and it was a bit of a squash and a squeeze but the location made up for this. The upstairs bedrooms/mezzanine have very limited headroom, any adult using these rooms better bring plasters for their heads however the main bedroom was fine. The upstairs had 1 double bed and 2 singles and downstairs was a double (so bring the right sheets), the pillows were the French shape. There were enough utensils and facilities for us to self cater a family of 6 without any issues and the flat was perfectly located for us to have lunch there after ski lessons. It is clean well-kept and we had a very pleasant stay. The property is overseen by a Concierge/caretaker who is friendly and helpful he gave us a very warm welcome and was very flexible for checkouts and arranging cleaning. A great asset for the property who kept the bins and outside areas spotless. Underground parking was available but very tight for an XC90, that said we came through it without a scratch and it was convenient to the property. We would happily stay again.

Highly recommended
The apartment was very centrally located in the heart of Val Disere. It was only 100 m to the ski lifts... Even at our return we could ski to the door. The restaurants, tourism info, sherpa and spar was in a few minutes walking distance. Even the market was at our street.Welcoming was good. Clement met us immediately after we called him... Opened the door and gave brief info about the apartment.There was ski locker at the base floor where we could store 3 skis and 2 snowboards... But we had to take the boots up... The house was very well heated.... A small open kitchen with dishwasher microwave oven and a lot of cooking utensils... There was a 3 seater sofa in the salon... The room at the base floor was vey comfortable with a lot of wardrobes etc... Stairs to the mezzanine was very narrow. If you are tall like more than 170 cm.you may bang your head... At the mezzanine there was a twin bedded room and a double bedded room. There was no door between these 2 rooms... Of course due to the shape and limited height double room was not very comfortable when.standing...but it was ok when you are lying on the bed.on... Beds, linens and cleaning was extra... The lady who provide these(Julie) was very helpfull. We liked the property and location very much. It was ideal for us (5 ADULTS) The location at google maps stated at the website was wrong.... It is very close to the tourism office... We would definetely rent this apartment if we come again to Valdisere...

Logement parfait et idéalement situé !
De l’accueil lors de notre arrivée jusqu’à notre départ, tout s’est parfaitement déroulé, avec professionnalisme, simplicité et dans un climat chaleureux et détendu. Le logement est charmant et permet à chacun d’avoir son espace. Il est surtout idéalement situé, au pied des pistes de ski et au cœur de toutes les commodités de la station (office du tourisme, bureau ESF, crêperie, centre Aqua sportif …). La vue est également particulièrement appréciable. Rapport qualité / prix imbattable au vu de l’emplacement ! L’accès au parking (inclus) nous a en outre permis de stationner notre véhicule lors de notre arrivée puis de l’oublier jusqu’à notre départ. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute !

Très bon emplacement
Appartement bien situé au cœur de la station et accueil chaleureux. L'appartement, situé au 4eme d'une petite résidence, est un peu vieillot et mériterait une réfection notamment en terme d'électricité. Ces 2 balcons sont très appréciables.

Perfekte Lage
Fast direkt am Fuß der Pisten/Front neige in Val d'Isère. Geschäfte und Bäckerei gleich am Haus weniger als 50m. Einfach und nicht mehr ganz neu aber alles funktioniert. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter meist ausgezeichnet über App oder Mail.

Wie erwartet
Da wir schon einmal dort waren, wussten wir was uns erwartet. Die Unterkunft hat unseren Erwartungen recht gut entsprochen. Die Lage ist für Skifahrer perfekt. Abends ist unten am Platz Apres Ski bis spät in die Nacht.

Vacances en famille (5 personnes)
Nous avons séjourné du 12 au 20 août 2023 dans l'appartement situé au 4⁰ étage (avec ascenseur) d'une residence située au cœur de Val d'Isère. Nous avons été accueillis par Laurent CLÉMENT qui nous a tout très bien expliqué en concertation avec M. CARRIOU. Propre et spacieux avec une terrasse et une loggia où nous avons pris un ou deux repas cet appartement est très bien équipé. La literie est de bonne qualité pour se reposer après une bonne journée de randonnée (couettes et couvertures). Deux lits en 140x190 et deux lits en 80x190. Si besoin, un canapé lit et présent dans la pièce principale. Un grand réfrigérateur permet de stocker les produits locaux avant le depart. La localisation est idéale, Boulangerie, Fromagerie, Bars, Restaurants au pied de la résidence et accès aux téléphériques du Solaise et Olympique à la 100 mètres. Une carte (fournie) vous permet d'accéder au parking sécurisé en sous-sol à 50 mètres de l'appartement. Mêmes les animations sur la place du dessous ne s'entendent pas avec les fenêtres fermées. J'insiste sur la gentillesse des interlocuteurs M.CARRIOU et M. CLÉMENT qui sont restés disponibles et à l'écoute avant, durant et au départ de notre séjour. Enfin pour des raisons médicales, le propriétaire m'a permis de rester une nuit supplémentaire, me permettant ainsi de partir sereinement après les gros départs du samedi avec mon épouse hospitalisée (plâtrée). Nous reviendrons assurément l'année prochaine. Michel RAMIREZ
