Excellent for a 3 star hotel. Could be more stars if they updated the rooms, wood is a bit dated. Friendly staff. Wide choice at Breakfast including full English. 10 min walk to the nearest ski lift mostly flat. A few bad points: Bed was too soft for me, had a new memory foam topper on top of a mattress. Rooms too hot, had to sleep with the windows wide open even with it -5 outside. Please provide do not disturb signs for the door, cleaner just walked in 3 times one morning.

Convenient and friendly
The staff at this hotel are really great, very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is not the most luxurious, our room was quite small and dark, but the public areas are nice. It's very convenient because they have a driver who will drop you off and pick you up whenever you want.

Lovely hotel and great staff, only minor point would be bus service could be running till later. Otherwise a really nice hotel for the alpes.

Rooms weren’t properly cleaned during our stay. Restaurant staff had no clue what they were doing. The front desk could not make dinner reservations nor book a taxi. Useless , might as well have stayed in a flat.

My partner and I booked the Ibiza based on the views and chic look of the hotel. The views from the room were great but the room itself is in need of updating, the wooden shutters on the windows and doors were broken and would slam into the walls with a gust of wind, the wooden furnishings were all tatty and scratched, paint peeling from the walls, no extractor fan in the bathroom, a block of wood keeping the shelf above the radiator in place etc. There wasn’t a fridge, iron or even tea and coffee making facilities in the room, you had to walk down the corridor to the communal hot water tank. We were half board, but the quality of the food was pretty poor. The hot buffet was very cheaply done (Breakfast and Dinner) however the coffee, pastries and freshly cooked meat station in the evenings were very good. We ate out most nights! The pictures of the hotel are usually the of the bar, reception and restaurant. We now know this is because it’s the place where money has been spent and does look very good (apart from the strange action men and Barbie dolls......very cheap and wierd) the rest of the building is very shabby and desperately needs new decor. Overall it seems like a hotel that is stuck between investing money and being a popular, chic hotel or leaving as is and being a cheap all inclusive family hotel....still don’t know what they are aiming for. Staff are pleasant but messed up our late check out.........twice!! We would not recommend or return.

All the facilities you would need. Even a coffee and tea tray in the hall with croissants - a nice touch. There was an odour in the ski changing room

Lovely hotel in a great area
Great hotel , breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice , reception staff especially Lauren were lovely . Room was a little tired could do with an update and it did smell of cigarette smoke which was a bit off putting.... but other than that it was great , excellent location for the town

Very happy with Hotel Ibiza
Good hotel within short walking distance of the town amenities. Swimming pool, steam room and jacuzzi were great after a day's skiing. Nice friendly staff both English and French. Pretty good buffet breakfast too. Bonus of free transfers to and from the ski lifts. Only a 10min walk if you didn't take it.

Executive rooms with great views overlooking the mountains, some rooms have not been refurbished,so will not look like the pictures. Rooms lacking basic kit, no irons, tea/ coffee making facilities, fridges, information on hotel/ local area,no flannels in bathroom, sewing kits etc. Free shuttle from hotel to main ski lift. Good selection of food, staff friendly and helpful. Leisure facilities could do with a makeover. Not sure a dj is required 7 days a week from 4pm in the bar.

Bon accueil. Notre chambre pas très bien situé niveau rez de chaussé vue sur le parking pensé à mettre un voilage, salle de bain sans chauffage vieillotte du probablement à 1 dégât des eaux ! L hôtel en lui même très bien piscine hammam sauna très agréable après le ski. Pt déj super produit, personnel très agréable. Le plus la navette de l hôtel qui vous amène aux pieds des pistes et vous récupère.

Un hôtel à la décoration atypique
situé à la fin du village et d'une architecture banale, cet hôtel réserve pourtant bien des surprises. Tel un cocon, l'hôtel ouvre ses portes sur une ambiance cosue, plutôt chic (années 70) avec une décoration "décalée". L'accueil est chaleureux, les lieux sont propres, le jacuzzi est juste à température et la piscine offre une magnifique vue sur les montagnes. Un seul bémol: les années passent et l'hôtel "souffre" de l'usure du temps. Nous avons passé un très agréable week-end en famille dans une double chambre aux dimensions généreuses.

Problème de canalisation, très forte odeur des égouts dans la salle de bain très des agréable pour se détendre après une journée de ski chargée ce défaut ne peut être oublié des personnels et surtout de responsable. Assez décevant pour un hôtel au prix ma fois cher.

Excellent spa après le ski
Quel bonheur d'alterner hammam, jaccuzi, sauna et piscine après une bonne journée de ski ! Spa top ! Personnel sympathique, cuisine appréciée (surtout les buffets d'entrées et de desserts), chambre supérieure confortable, propre et bien équipée avec très belle vue sur les montagnes. Bémol : déco disques 45tours rayés dans l'ascenseur et la salle de jeux, salle de fitness limitée au minimum syndical, prix un peu cher, mais bien content dans l'ensemble.

We hadden een ruime kamer aan de zuidkant met balkon en bad op de 1e etage boven het restaurant. Op zich aan de rustige kant vh hotel maar we konden wel tot 23.00 de discodreun elke dag horen. Het deels Frans- en Engelse personeel is super aardig en behulpzaam en doen hun best. Ook qua eten wordt er flink wat keuzes gegeven. Wel elke dag hetzelfde ontbijtbuffet en ook 's avonds is de saladebar hetzelfde. Het warme buffet (helaas vaak lauw tot koud) varieerde wel elke dag en het toetjesaanbod was zeker erg goed. De Wellness voorzieningen zijn wat klein (sauna en whirlpool) maar wel met een groot Turks stoombad en zwembad. Al met al een goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Het hotel ligt wat ver van de liften vandaan en voor lopen met skischoenen is het te ver. Je kan voor de deur de skibus nemen maar je moet wel overstappen om bij de belangrijkste liften te komen. Ook heeft het hotel een shuttle service om je naar de lift te brengen (beiden niet gedaan) want we zijn met de auto naar de liften gereden om op 5 minuten lopen vd liften te kunnen parkeren.

Nous avons séjourné deux nuits dans cet établissement. L'accueil a été chaleureux genepi offert le temps que la chambre soit faite. Le gros moin de la chambre: LA PROPRETE! 3 cm de possière sur la tete de lit .Des poils et cheveux dans les draps...les vitres a travers lequels on voit a peine la beauté du paysage (marque de doigt de partout a croire qu'elles n ont jamais été faites. La télé criptée est difficle a regarder (image qui saute tout le temps) La robinetterie est noir et pleine de calcaire .... Dans le coin bar il reste des confettis et des restes de soirée sur le pourtour de la salle en esperant qu'il ne datent pas du jour de l'an!!! Le coin piscine et fitness est delabré et ne donne pas envi d'y rentrer . Il faudrait vraiment que le gerant fasse un gros effort de ce coté la car c'est dommage tout le reste est très agreable . Je garde quand meme un bon souvenir du personnel très agréable .

j'ai été ravi de l'accueil chaleureux du personnel,du service au 3 repas.C'est au niveau de la literie trop dur le 1er problème, au niveau de la sonorité de la salle du restaurant pour 1er étage ou j'étais(108)"bruit de chaise"pour le 2ème problème et pour finir le service du nettoyage des chambres ou les vitres du balcon n'était pas nettes...

Honnêtement super hotel ravis de notre sejour chambre propre spacieuse confortable vu sur les alpes hotel magnifique n'hésitez pas a prendre le tout compris vous ne serais pas dessus George et tout le personnel se coupe en quatre pour vous C la qu'il faut allé par contre je v donner un défaut. !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Je n'en trouve pas . Un Grand merci à George et tout sont personnel pour se sejour inoubliable.

Le personnel (si existant) très sympathique, à l'écoute. Le rez de chaussée, rien à dire, très bien (ambiance, propreté...) La chambre ne faisait pas propre. La salle de bain encore moins, ses produits sentent très fort. Les joints sont noires.La robinetterie qui fuit (lavabo et tuyau de la douche -> signalé à votre personnel. De la poussière, des fils qui trainent... Au fond du spa, plein de gravillons. Une affiche dit que l'eau n'a pas été changé depuis le mois de mars 2014. J'ose espérer qu'elle n'est pas à jour. L'eau de la piscine tellement froide qu'on ne pouvait y rentrer. Au petit déjeuner, plutôt correct, mais le sol déjà très sale au matin... Seule l'entrée de l'hotel et la première salle étaient convenable. On ne pouvait accéder à la terrasse à cause de la neige, mais le paquet de cigarettes qui devait trainer sur les chaises juste à côté des fenetres de la salle du petit dejeuner y était bien arrivé lui. Et ce, depuis un certain moment. L'emplacement de l'hotel est plutot bon grâce à l'ascenseur public et la navette.
