One stay

The carpet needs to be shampoo. Very stuffy carpet smell very bad. Please shampoo or change the carpet.

Does the job.

Pros: Was just ok
Cons: Ensure rooms are 100% clean. For some reason, during my 4 night stay, my room was never cleaned. I didn't need it to be cleaned every day but still.
Location: Decent location, close to Avalon shopping area, right next to Waffle House and across from gas station.
No issues with checking in, although it took some waiting on my part since there was a customer in front of me asking about rates for long-term stay. I noticed that during check in and check out, the different employees remained seated while taking care of customers. Outdoor areas were clean, lobby was clean, but had an odd smell. The layout of the lobby and breakfast room felt awkward, but I don't know why. My room was mostly clean but I noticed several spots that the vacuum had missed. There was a red stain near the couch. The room smelled of mold. I may have found out why. The back shower wall was pulled away/warped? from the wall and I'm guessing that water was able to find its way down the open wall. See photo. The sofa couch had been pulled out slightly, I'm guessing for someone to plug something in to the plug behind it. The room had a full size fridge and stove and some counter space. The microwave was a counter top style but was mounted under cabinet. Code-wise, I guess legal? But tacky, There was a work desk/table and 2 rolling chairs. The shower faucet is an odd design and it took me some time to figure out how to use it. The soap and shampoo provided did not smell good. The climate control worked fine and the bed was average.

The staff and the manager were excellent. I will stay there again my next trip to Alpharetta

The room didn’t seem clean. Also it wasn’t complete with towels. When I called to ask for some, I had to go to the front desk to get them. Hotel staff wasn’t very friendly.

It was horrible!!! The staff was very rude!! They put me in a dirty room that wasn't clean!!! They changed my room 3 times!!! I broke out in bumps guess they have bed bugs!! I had to call corporate!! I was very unhappy!! I talk to the supervisor she said they was short of staff, and the night crew have no way of knowing that tge room was dirty!!! Two days couldn't get in my room, had to go to the front desk for them to activate the key twice!!!!! I was not a good choice of me staying at the Extendedstay hotel!

Cons: Improve the breakfast
Location: Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby - excellent location
Stayed for one night during a road trip to Florida.

The hotel is in a quiet area, easy to find, and convenient to food, shopping, and entertainment. We were there attending an event at Verizon Amphitheater, and this location was perfect for that. The room was clean. The only thing for breakfast was coffee, and packaged granola bars, and packaged muffins. We booked the room for 4 people, but only had enough sheets and pillows for 2 (they gave me extra linen when I went back to the desk and asked).? My only complaint is that when we arrived (at approx 1:30pm after driving for 6 hours), the initial staff we spoke to was not friendly and would not check to see if a room was available because it was before 3pm. She said check in was only from 3p-11p. I told her it would be after 11 before we were back. We ended up going to the venue later than we wanted to do we could check in at 3pm (and we had to call a number on the front desk because no one was there and had to wait for someone to get to the desk). The lady who ended up checking us in was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.
