close to everything, but lacks in quality

internet was a joke. you had to pay for premium internet to get something that was better than dial up. Room was never cleaned during stay. grGb and go breakfast was equally as bad. I found a cockroach dead on the floor. the employees where nice. I was better off staying at one of the many other hotels in the area.

I felt very unsafe at night. People smoke right by the back door. Stomping upstairs late into the night and early in the morning. Hotel staff all nice except a young lady working night shift.

Smoky non-smoking room

Nice lady at desk- named Deja, but beyond that a very mediocre experience. The room stank like cigarette and they didn’t provide any cups or utensils, nor did they provide maid service when I returned to my room for the second night.

Average hotel, somewhat secluded

The hotel garbage can at the main entrance was overflowing with garbage and garbage was piled up on the sidewalk. The trash room located adjacent to the registration desk was so full of garbage the door would not open. We paid for a room with a king size bed in advance of our arrival. When we arrived it was not available and they could not provide a room with a king size bed. It was a bad experience.

The Extended Stay was perfect for when we stayed in Alpharetta for a concert! Close to the venue and our room was awesome too. No complaints!

Under renovations.

This facility is under renovations. It will soon be all non-smoking. Unless they improve their customer service at the front desk, this property will continue to decline no matter the visual improvements planned. Overall, rated at 2.5.
