Older property, needs updating

Pros: Location
Cons: Update property. Repair fixtures. Remove rubber sheet under linens from bed
Table lamp did not work, wall light did not work, clock on alarm worked, alarm did not work. Television from the next room was clearly audible from next room at 5am

Lucky charm

Well it's a second time staying here, and i got the same room in both times. Not sure if it was a coincident or it was just a lucky charm.

Clean and nice for the price...

Pros: Breakfast.
Cons: Paint and up-keep
You could tell this place had been here for a while but the rooms were clean and acceptable. The breakfast was great. The cheese omlets were great. There were spots where the paint was scuffed but otherwise a decent place to stay.

Management was horrible.

We were promised 2 rooms together, the day before it was confirmed and guaranteed. Got there the next day as suppose to and the rooms were 6 doors away. Management made excuses and said it is never promised. Also found out that some have priority over others.... (?). I thought all money is the same especially since I made these reservations 2 months earlier.

It was a nice hotel in a great area. The room was clean and comfortable. If I had anything to say about improvement I would be better pastries and muffins with breakfast. Other than that it was good and had great coffee.

More than expected

We were visiting our daughter and grandchildren who recently moved to Alpharetta Georgia. This was the perfect location. Our room was clean and we had more than enough towels and toiletries each day. Can't say enough about the complimentary breakfast. This will definitely be our go to place for our future visits.

Awesome stay

Pros: Staff made the stay, they went above and beyond!
Cons: nothing ! it was perfect.
Location: very green and luch
It was one of the best stays ever. Room was huge, the staff was super.

Enjoyed my stay here. Big bathroom and nice room and bed is comfortable. Just make sure you put your do not disturb sign out if you want to sleep in, otherwise you'll get knock at the door at 9am from housekeeping😆

Staff at check in and check out were friendly and courteous. However, did not realize that the required credit card information would result in a $50 pending charge on my bank account. The room had already been paid for through Expedia. Learned from a friend that this is now standard industry practice. Would have been nice to know at the beginning.
