Bestfriend Wedding

I absoulety enjoyed my stay at the Hilton garden inn everything was super clean and the staff is beyond professional and friendly I can't wait to go back I book that room because my bestfriend was getting married and I felt like if she was going to stay anywhere away from her groom it was definitely going to be a top of the line place THANKS HILTON!!!!!!!!!!

Tub not good

Batbroom tub needed work stopper broken. Walls in hallway dirty.

Baseball weekend

We booked on hotels.com thinking that we had breakfast included...apparently not. Also when we got there our reservation had been lost due to computer glitch..they did get us in and room was fine but we like breakfast included and for the price it should have been. Next time in will call the hotel to check that. Otherwise a good stay..beautiful room.

Took a extra $60 off my card for something said I would get it back and I still have not received it

Better hospitality skills at front desk

For the price, it would be much better if offered free breakfast. Also heard female clerk speaking very rudely to a guest and actually told her she could sleep on the floor because she could not give her room with two beds, even though she had 2 girls and 1 boy with her. (preteens) or she could check out and go somewhere else. TERRIBLE !!!

Awesome trip

This was probably one of the cleanest hiltons ive stayed in. The staff was very accommodating, and helpful. Very nice setting and it felt very safe.

It was pretty good

Breakfast was overpriced and underwhelming. Staff was awesome. Pool area was not kept as well as it could have been-- bits of things floating on top water. Room was very comfortable. Price was good. Grounds we very nice
