Just OKPosted Sep 23, 2015
Just OK. The room was clean enough. There was a couple of stains on the carpet and a hole in the wall. We were only in the room a few minutes and I found four stinkbugs. Hotel staff was accommodating and gave us another room. That room was fine no bugs. Enjoy the rest of the stay.

It depends...Posted Sep 21, 2015
We were placed in a smoking room even though we booked non-smoking. They blamed Expedia. Also, the A/C did not work. They offered to move us [to another smoking room]. I fixed the A/C for them- after that everything was OK. Superb continental breakfast!

Repairs..Posted Sep 1, 2015
I was very unhappy with the way that the maintenance man left thing. It was not cleaned up a he finished do his repairs. And the fact that I had to repair the lock for the door. It was very unprofessional. And they said they will contact you guys for a refund. And I have not heard anything yet. VERY UNHAPPY!!!

Close to Liberty UniversityPosted Aug 7, 2015
Pros: See above.
Cons: The towel bar in the bathroom was broken, but other than that, everything was fine.
Location: It's close to Liberty University and since we have a son attending there, it's very helpful to have an affordable, comfortable hotel closeby.
Check in was quick and easy. The stay was very comfortable (love the pillows!). Breakfast is good and has a nice variety of things to eat. Staff was helpful and kind.

I came to Virginia for an intensive at Liberty and this was the cheapest hotel in the area. I was very pleased with the cleanliness and overall atmosphere at the hotel. It was 20 minutes from campus, very clean and very close to the best Mexican restaurant around. I was very pleased.

My short but nice stay...Posted Jun 27, 2015 on Hotels
I came on the spur of the moment to meet my family there and had a wonderful time. The customer service was excellent. I was greeted upon arrival with class and a warm welcome. I checked out the next day; however, the breakfast was decent (no IHOP or Denny's but decent) and my wife and I were able to get some orange juice and a waffle with some sausage and head out to our next destination feeling like we had been well nourished. Checkout was very fast and simple. No standing and waiting...and waiting...and waiting. Overall A+ in my book.

An okay stay!!!Posted May 19, 2015 on Hotels
When we checked in the lady at the front desk was very accomadating and very polite. Went out of her way to make our stay pleasant. The rooms/hotel need some TLC. Breakfast was not good at all(biscuits were cold and waffles were soggy).

Unfortunate, it could be so much nicer.Posted Mar 26, 2015 on Hotels
The hotel itself is nice but has had work done that is very sub-par making the overall feel of the hotel cheap. It is unfortunate that the management has put some high end materials into the motel such as beautiful granite countertops in the bathroom but the paint jobs and patch work in the bathroom and elsewhere looks like they hired non professionals to do the work again, making it appear cheap when it shouldn't... also noticed that directly below all the outside upper windows some sort of repair had been done using a black tape instead of whatever would have been professionally appropriate to the work at hand. It looks very shoddy overall.
