The level of the hotel we stayed on was undergoing renovations so the carpet was ripped up in the hallways and paper down. The room smelled. The bathroom was very clean. Do not like the waffle scratchy cover. Staff was very nice.

Our original room was in an area where there were guests who were being quite noisy. After reaching out the this hotel’s amazing on staff managers, they made it right and upgraded our room to a quieter area of the hotel. The managers were attentive, understanding, and kind due to a situation that was nobody’s fault other than the rude, selfish guests that were across the hall from us. Very happy with this hotel’s customer service. Will be back again!

This Hampton makes a very good first impression. The facility is nicely manicured outside and the lobby area is clean and welcoming. The front desk staff was great, very personable and helpful. If there is one thing this is a bit bothersome is how easily you hear what is going on in the room next to you.

Creepy crawlers.
Bugs in the room. Bathroom either had a dead cricket or a dead roach on the floor. Some creepy crawlers in the tub as well. Hotel needs an update. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Staff was great, room was a great temperature, didn't have to wait for it to cool down, like that snacks and drinks are available to purchase. The only thing i didnt like was breakfast, need bananas!

Loved the easy access to this property from the Highway. Walked accross the parking lot to Cracker Barrel where we ate. Shopping mall was across the street as well as many other stores and eateries. The property had a nice indoor pool as well as a patio area outside where you can relax and visit. There was coffee, tea and apples and bananas 24/7 in the main lobby.
