There was one staff member that was not very friendly. There was a contiental breakfast, but you were charged for water.

Property was close to everything we wanted to see and get to. Staff was extraordinarily friendly, providing exceptional service. Room was very clean. Only negative aspect was being able to hear the guests around us.

Check in was fast and courteous. I inquired about the best pizza delivery in the area and the choices were explained based taste, (garlic, sauce, toppings, etc..) They steered me in the right direction. Parking was easy and under some very powerful lights. Easy to get in and out of the area too. Very pleased and this Super 8 is the best lodging value I have found in about three years. As a career military member, I have travelled often and to many different places around the world. This is a great experience that is appreciated.

The tub looks like it was not scrubbed. It had a ring around it and hair all over it. The bed skirt had something on it. A little dusty. The gentleman working the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. The bed was clean and had a zippered mattress protector on it. The mattress was very comfortable. Has to extend our stay in Altoona longer than expected and this was the only safe hotel with a room. Other than the few issues which can be taken care of easily this is not bad for a last minute booking.

The bed and pillows was very clean and comfortable. The room smelled clean and looked great. However, the front entrance and lobby could use some upgrades and cleanup. Our first impressions was not good. Our overall experience was pleasant and the rate was very reasonable.

Stayed here last minute and got a great deal for the two rooms we needed. The front desk staff was nice and the breakfast was decent. I love they have recliners in the rooms. How comfy.

Hotel Room was nice. Woman on nights was very friendly when we checked in. We were just passing through and stayed one night. We were going to stay for the included breakfast, however the breakfast room had an unpleasant order. Could have just been a bad morning. But overall good.

This is the second time in a row we've booked here and have been disappointed. We've been booking this hitel for years and have never had a problem until recently. The bathroom wasn't clean, and the dust on the dressers proves housekeeping isnt doing their job. We book a queen room, and were given a double bed.

Mostly a good stay.
Our stay was excellent. The only downside was Fox news on the TV in the breakfast area. I'm letting it be known that I don't patronize businesses that support liters, crooks, racist & bigots such as Fox news. Unless this changes, I may not return.

Most people if not all of them don't watch it or pay any attention to it. Our brand standard tells us that we need to have the news or the weather channel on at all times. We often change this up for fun, but we don't always have Fox News playing in the lobby. Sometimes it is the weather channel, NBC, or CNN. We apologize that you didn't like seeing Fox news playing, but this doesn't have any reaction on our company's values. To say such comments are an unfair assessment of our company's character.

The room was dirty. Bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned at all. Toothpaste splatter on faucet and mirror, hair and dust/dirt on floor, wasn't swept or mopped. Convenience was good, weather was bad so we needed a place to get some sleep.
