Just as expected, could be better.

As for a Super 8, it was average quality. I've stayed in many across the USA. It was a fairly comfortable room. Beds were firmer than I like but had many nice quality pillows. There was no regular coffee to brew in the room, only decaf, which was disappointing upon waking up and having to purchase coffee when it was listed as an included amenity . For the price, I would have expected a little more ammenities. Other hotels were about $20 cheaper a night with the same amenities. I would recommend cleaning the shower head as it was clogged and water pressure was not consistent.

Hi, Rachel. Sorry about the coffee mishap. We've got plenty of regular coffee for you! Seems housekeeping omitted a packet of regular coffee by mistake. Please know we're always ready to add to the comfort of your stay. All any guest needs to do is give our front desk a call and we'll bring remedy as quick as a bunny. Extra coffee, towels, blankets, pillows; you name it. :-)

No hot water.

There was no hot water, when I checked out they said maintenance was coming that day. I could also hear the traffic through the AC unit and the gap under the door. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. But I probably won't be staying here again. Stayed here because it was the closest hotel to where I was working and within the price range my office would pay for a hotel.

Sorry about the lack of hot water during your stay. We had a water heater go down and have since corrected this so there will be plenty of hot water next time. Hope you'll give us another go! :-)

Horrible customer service, avoid

Unacceptable customer service. I stayed at this location for one night with my wife and 4 month old son. The rooms were ok but the staff is terrible. Shortly after checkout I noticed a mystery charge for $150 from this Super 8. When I called to clear it up I was informed that the charge was for smoking in the room. We had our 4 month old with us and neither of us smoke... When I finally got a call back from the manager she told me she would have to go out and buy the deodorant and air freshener we use to see if that was the smell. If she couldn't find it I would have to wait for her to order it online. She subsequently implied that we had been using drugs in the room. I can not stress enough how upsetting this experience has been. We are not a couple of kids pisssed about getting busted smoking in a no smoking room, we're parents, who don't smoke, who don't appreciate being accused of using drugs in the same room as our baby, and certainly don't appreciate being charged for it fraudulently.

Greetings, Samuel B... This is an unfortunate situation for us both. The room you and your family stayed was just recently remodeled with new paint, bedding and decor; and as such, was as fresh as a daisy when you checked in. Regrettably, even though we did not see you light up in the room, your room had, at the time of discovery by our housekeeping staff after you checked out, a discernible and unmistakable skunk-like odor associated with smoking. This odor was verified by our manager and maintenance crew. The process to rid the room of this odor is arduous and necessary so as not to offend future guests occupying the room. The $150 charge is solely for mitigating the offensive odor caused by smoking-related products irrespective of how they occurred. We clearly state our non-smoking room policy on the registration card you signed at the time of check-in. That way everyone is on board and there can be no mystery as to why the charge was made. Again, it is regrettable; however, necessary. Thank you for your understanding.

A great place to stay! Even though this hotel is not close to much it did not disappoint. It was nice, clean and well kept!

Good location. Better than some super 8's

The room was nice. The best part of the trip was the Sunday late/ Monday early graveyard shift girl. She was great.
