“Stunning views, fantastic location, super friendly staff made my two boys felt at home, dinner at the hotel was the best in Bergamo, outdoor breakfast was amazing, rooms were big and clean, aircon super cold even during heat wave, great location for hiking and biking, not too many rooms means not super busy which is perfect. It is right next to the tram going up so you will hear a little rumbling. Highly recommend this place. One tip if you are going, don’t follow google map to its location……

“Hello, the room was generally clean. However, the handle for the shower head in the bathroom appeared to have damaged or peeling paint, which caused a small cut on my hand. We hope this can be checked, and that the next guest and cleaning staff can be careful. Also, the air conditioning system could not be adjusted to produce cool air, which made the room feel quite stuffy and uncomfortable. Please look into this. Thank you.”
