Bra läge!Posted Aug 7, 2015

Nice hotel and friendly staffPosted Jun 30, 2015
We chose this hotel for convenience of commuting and it was a really good choice. The staff were very friendly specially to our toddler. The gardens in front of the hotel is a bonus if you have young children. The food was also great.

Necesita remodelacion ya!Posted May 19, 2015

Need better service.Posted Apr 28, 2015
Pros: Overall nice staff, balcony overlooking park and the room was spacious.
Cons: The staff should be more careful with guests.
Location: Nothing nearby in terms of attractions as this a residential area. Some bars and restaurants with music.
Overall the experience was a good one but the hotel is situated in a suburb of Lisbon and not near the center. I was approached at breakfast to be told I had taken more bread than was allowed the receptionist then stood over me until I put them back. No signs indicated this but a strange thing as nobody was a breakfast as in the main this is a workers hotel busy only in the week.

Cheap and Cheerful HotelPosted Apr 15, 2015
Pros: Food, friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Bathrooms were shared between four hotel rooms but if you don't mind this then its not a problem as normally very clean.
Location: Park situated opposite with shops nearby and about a 15 minute walk from the Metro to Lisbon and a 3 minute walk from the Train Station.
Perfect place to stay for traverlers who like cheap places and don't mind basic facilities. With easy access to Lisbon via train, bus or metro (bit of a walk to metro but cheap to use so we did!) it is in a good location with a park opposite. We stayed for four 4 nights and had no problems. When we arrived and went to the room we realised it was a double bed instead of two singles so went back downstairs where they quickly and politely gave us another room which was brilliant. As we arrived about 11pm there were also no shops open for food as most close around 8pm, however a member of staff (possibly manager) soon arranged for some lovely soup which only cost 2 Euros each and some free sandwiches to be made which we were very thankful for. There was no language barrier as most staff knew English and was very helpful. The food for breakfast was limited in choice but was filling and the dinner was great value with a soup starter, bread, main, desert and drink all for 10 euros per person which was a bargin! Plus the main meal of fish tasted amazing. Overall we were very satisfied as we planned to spend most of the time looking around Lisbon and it was always nice to come back to the hotel at the end of a long day.
