Very dsiappointed

Posted Jan 8, 2016
This is not a hotel, just an apartment. I booked a two-bedroom suite, but what I got was just a one bed-room apartment with a sofa bed in the Kitchen area(No dinning or living area). The owner call it as a two bed-room suite! Dining table is outside in hallway, below 45F in winter when we visited.

Not bad...

Posted Aug 8, 2015
Pros: Room had everything that was needed (nothing more).
Cons: Beware-quite a few old stone stairs need to be climbed, coming & going, with luggage!
Location: Location is okay-it is a small town and everything is within walking distance. Easy to walk around to shops, restaurants and beaches.
Very simple apartment; one room with kitchenette, little table, bed and bathroom. Be ready to climb stairs with luggage! Nothing grand but addressed your basic needs. Apartment was clean just a bit small and sparse.

Breve soggiorno per relax. Nn ho altro da aggiungere, peccato che Expedia si aspetta un tema... forse mi farà portare la materia a settembre

Best view in town!

Posted Oct 26, 2013
Pros: The view, the outdoor areas, the modern furnishings, the friendly owner.
Cons: Nothing - as the steps cannot be changed.
Location: The Amalfi Coast is picture postcard perfect, enjoy the views, or as we did, walk in the hills behind the coast for hundreds of differing views.
We really enjoyed our stay because this hotel has the best view in town. But there were other good things too: an outdoor patio and table for outdoor meals and drinks, modern furnishings and a well equipped kitchen. There is a drawback... 140 steps to the front door (plus about 300m), but how else are you going to get that view? We suggest that after carrying your suitcases up, you stay at least 4 nights (as we did) and really enjoy the results.

Beautiful fresh clean accommodation

Pros: The view from our room
Cons: Carrying our luggage up all the stone stairs
Location: Great location to look out over the town of Amalfi
The apartment was newly refurbished. It catered for our needs most adequately. Maybe some cereal bowls for us Aussies who eat cereal in the mornings. The view from the balcony was amazing. Loved the town of Amalfi. We would stay there again. The only draw back was carrying our luggage up a lot of stairs to get to our beautiful apartment.

Quiet, spacious room in Amalfi

Posted Oct 20, 2010
Great deal! A large room with a table and chairs as well as the bed and an adorable kitchen in a cabinet arrangement that was just fine for a short stay- two burner stove, small fridge, and sink with pots, pans, and utensils. Even if you don't cook it's great for picnic breakfast and lunch. There is a restaurant just below so it is a little noisy at night, but hey! You're in Amalfi and it's part of the old town scene. The owner was gracious and helpful and we would be delighted to stay here again.
