Excellent location. Easy access to restaurants, promenade and beach. My back garden view was amazing with lemon trees scattered all over the hills. Though end of season with much less guests and tourists around, I found it extremely attractive and love the peaceful surroundings.

Cute hotel and location
It was a wonderful stay. Although the bedding was a bit thin and the bed pretty hard and uncomfortable it was a lovely room and hotel. Also should be aware that if you choose a room with a view / window you’ll hear people on the street all night. Terrible breakfast if I’m being honest. A lot of options but just very bad quality.

The hotel is spacious and has rooms with high ceilings. The pool was small but big enough for a dip even though the slot bookings were a pain. The room was dusty and every morning would be waken up by the made at 8:30 going pass with her noisy trolly. Some of the receptionists could do with a smile or a friendly welcome. The pool guy was exceptionally helpful.

The hotel is beautiful. You are a 2 minute walk to the beach and ferry port to get around. Staff was helpful and nice. They pre-booked me a taxi ride to pick me up at 3am and take me to airport. I was grateful they handled that. I paid for my taxi ride but they organized it for me. Minori is amazing b/c it’s very local, not crowded ljke the other villages. It’s quaint, calm and relaxing. The hotel was beautiful and we were so happy we picked this hotel. I thought it was a 5 star hotel. But it should be. They also have an amazing spa that’s a Roman bath spa. Beautiful restaurant and location is great! I would stay here again!

Disappointed by the service. Each of our requests confronted them in a bad way. We had to leave after only one night - the original booking was for 3 nights.

Very disappointed with your feedback.the day after your departure I offer you a chage of the rooms with balcony but you don't accept You pay only half of the parking and nothing was debited for an early departure

Nice hotel and not so crowded town.
It's a very nice and cozy hotel. The breakfast was very good and we really liked Minori. Our visit was in early August, and we liked the fact that Minori was quieter and not crowded like other Amalfi coast towns. Really nice restaurants in town and easy to get to the other towns through ferry. The downside was we could hear noise coming from the rooms next door, as people were loud and we could hear their phones as well (alarms, social media sound, etc), also given that you go to the beach, there could be more places to hang towels, bathing suits, etc. Finally, if you book a place to go to the pool, make sure you get there early, or else you will be left without a good spot or not enough sunbeds next to the pool. In general, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

THE ROOM OF DOOM !!!!! 💩💩
Not impressed with the nasty sewage smell in our room. On our arrival we went to our room which seemed quite pleasant. There was a heavy smell of cleaning detergent. We returned back to find a funny smell in our room. In the morning it was worse, we mentioned it to the manager that there was a sewage smell coming from our room but he did nothing to help. We were told the problem was fixed but again they had just put some kind of detergent down the pan. The next morning same nasty smell, my wife refused to stay another night. Thankfully one person did help us at the hotel and phoned us an alternative hotel to stay at, thanks j.j. Was just a bit disappointing that nobody offered us an alternative earlier. There was clearly a problem with that room but instead of fixing the problem initially they try and cover it up as it's a cheaper alternative. Especially when it was our wedding anniversary and it wasn't a cheap hotel.

Unfortunately this property is so Loud! Bring your earplugs to get any sleep. Between the noise from the street and the noise from the rooms around, it’s so hard for peace and quiet. Everything else is lovely.

Very nice breakfast buffet. Staff was very nice and helpful. Pool is not heated so very refreshing swim. Only complaint was the jets did not work in our soaker bathtub.

A perfect hotel in Amalfi Coast !!!
The hotel is very nice, very classic, with elegant furnitures and typical details. The position is a walking distance from the city center. Do not skip the restaurant/ bar of SAL DE RISO (2' minutes walking) with very good food and incredible desserts !!! A very helpful service from the hotel staff.

The hotel is outdated and room had issues with ants. The breakfast was not that great. Location is ideal since you are close to the bus stop and ferries. Very pretty area and food prices around the area was reasonable. If you stay there get a pool view. Beds are very hard.

Loved this location close to the ocean. Loved the pool. Loved that we had breakfast AND dinner included in the package I selected. Excellent food and even better service and staff.

very good hotel
everything was very clean. the rooms were cleaned daily and the towels changed. the morning buffet was very varied. the food was good and the receptionists were very friendly and willing to help. the hotel is close to the center of minori and has some amazing restaurants and lounges nearby

Everything about this hotel was fabulous. Roberta and Anna on Reception were fantastic- nothing was too much trouble. The only downside to the hotel is the taxi company they use. Don’t book taxi travel via the hotel - it’s far more expensive. The taxi company charge supplements for some of their trips which other taxi companies don’t and they wanted to charge a cancellation fee to cancel a booking the day after it was made for travel two weeks later.

Beautiful hotel in a wonderful town
Villa Romana and Minori provided a terrific respite from the otherwise touristy and sometimes frustrating Amalfi coast. Our room, pool, and restaurant were very enjoyable. Suggested improvements would be to allow better control of the air conditioning by the visitors and it would be much appreciated to keep the pool open later than 1830 (another 4 hours would be terrific!).

Nice hotel - not suited for young families due to large amount of pensioners. We didn’t feel welcome at the pool and we got ‘noise’ reprimands mid day when alone at the pool. Coffee was terrible (go to mansini bar next door! Like the staff does). Breakfast was a cake buffet not a worthy of 4 star hotel. The shinning light of our visit was the beds that admittinbly was 5 star and then some

Our bedroom was an economy double and was small. It was at the back of the hotel away from the noisy road but unfortunately had a bank of air conditioning units underneath our window and if they were all running, it was very loud and meant we could not have the window open. Staff were excellent. Hotel location very convenient. Everywhere was very clean and bed was comfortable.

Easy to find and close to the beach but no air conditioning (visited in may and it was hot) lots of noise outside and you can everything in the halls and next door rooms. I would not stay here again and left a day early. Breakfast was ok though.

The staff very friendly and helpful. The town quaint and has lots of eating options. We tried most of the restaurants there all were delish. I highly reccomend staying here its a lil noisey in a.m. with cleaning crew in the hall.the rooms are very clean and homey everything else excellent as well . Thank you to the staff at villa Romano for a great vacation. Grazie!!
