The whole experience was pleasant. The staff are absolutely lovely, and super helpful. In particular the porter made us feel as though we were royalty. The room we had originally booked was very mediocre, and was on ground level, which although still had sea views it was very noisy when you opened ...
So pleased we chose to stay in Ravello when visiting the Amalfi coast. The room view was stunning. It was clean and the hotel team were helpful. Breakfast was good.

Beautiful hotel, amazing views, clean and tastefully decorated. Central location .. on the main road .. no steps to climb to get to the hotel...stairs to climb only if you are going down to the beach and then up. I think the view from this hotel are the best you can get. Great breakfast in the morning. ...
Really enjoyed our stay here. Staff were excellent. The facilities - pool, food/restaurants etc were all excellent. The room was very clean. The bed wasn't amazing but much better than other hotels on our stay.

There is a lot of walking and small European elevators. However this hotel is worth it. It’s so gorgeous and the staff was amazing. The rooms and bathrooms were very large. Some restaurants near by will pick you up for free to go eat. I would recommend this place to anyone !

Convent founded by St. Francis was converted into this hotel in the 1800s. We lucked into staying in the room where the playwright Ibsen stayed, right over the water. Gorgeous breakfast room and restaurant. Beautiful cloister in center of hotel, lovely antiques, very friendly reception.

Everything was perfect for us but particular the friendliness and assistance from ALL staff: the quiet location just minute from centre; the stunning views; the excellent cuisine in restaurant the cleanliness; the pool and service. Well I just couldn't single out a couple of things! Best holiday ...

Having spent the first week travelling around southern Italy we were very excited to arrive in Amalfi. We had three nights booked in with the NH Collection and only wish we could have stayed longer! It is set on the hillside of Amalfi which means you get probably one of the best views of the town ...

We stayed in a deluxe room and waking up every morning to the gorgeous view of the Tyrrhenian Sea with the beach on one side and the Positano hilly town on the other was nothing short of breathtaking.

This hotel had a small beach hotel feel to it, a little tacky but cute. The staff was polite but not overly accommodating or friendly. The room was clean but the bathroom did have a strong moldy mildew smell to it.

Moorish influence seen everywhere, great style Amazing location and an elevator to the beach By far my partners favorite hotel of the 9 on our first trip to Italy
We had an amazing weekend at Casa Nilde. Room was great, breakfast was amazing and the staff went above and beyond. Only note is that the hotel is a decent distance from the beach, which requires a 40 minute walk uphill or a 20 minute walk up steep stairs. No fault of the hotels but we werent aware ...

The view is just as good - if not better than in the photo! The staff were so friendly and helpful, and there are two excellent restaurants with spectacular views just a short 3 minute walk from the B&B. There are also another two restaurants that get great reviews just further down the road (though ...
