“Bexley B&B went above and beyond with our stay! Even when we had a snafu with our room code at 1am they answered the phone and helped us (we felt so bad calling at that hour). Staff were nice and friendly, the housekeeping was immaculate, and the property is right next to an excellent donut/coffee shop. We would definitely stay again!”

“The sheets and pillowcases had numerous stray hairs all over them. I had to remove and wash before using the bed. The wash cloths and towels were very dingy and spotted. The curtain rod in the bedroom had fallen so anyone could see into the bedroom the first night. Then without any communication it was fixed by the time we got back. Someone had entered the property without notice.”

“I am extremely disappointed with my stay. Upon arrival, it was clear that the apartment had not been properly cleaned. The floors were sticky and dirty, there was hair throughout the unit, including on the bed, stains on the towels, residue on the shower curtain, and items left behind in the washer. “The apartment was clean, kitchen seemed minimally supplied but was ok for us as we didn’t plan to cook. It was right next to the hospital so it would be a good place to stay if you need close access to that facility. Hospital noise was not noticeable during our stay. The air conditioner unit in the main area did not work on a 90 degree day, which we didn’t realize until we got back from our event at 1030 pm. Thankfully the bedroom unit did. “Pros: Overall the space was really nice. Large areas plus full utilities and appliances. The free parking in the large opennlot is a huge plus in a downtown space. The building is sort of tucked away and feels very secure with the hospital near by. Getting into the building and room was easy.
