Superb hotel , very nice from the outside and the inside , room they where clean , bed very comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly Very close to the beach and from everything. Would extremely recommend!

Good for pool, comfort, and location
The location and outdoor pool made our stay even better than expected. We stayed here to break up our drive further south and we ended up enjoying our night here very much. Make sure to check out the center of town after dinner- lots of activity!

Excellent stay
We were very pleased with our stay. The breakfast provided had the most amazing croissants along with fruit, meat and an expresso machine. The hotel was beauful and the rooms large and very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel in all respects
Everything about the hotel was very good. It was virtually empty during our stay, which we extended, and an empty hotel often means lower service and inadequate buffet breakfast. In this hotel everything was excellent.

Ok for an overnight.
The staff were busy with a big wedding so had to wait at reception a short while to be attended to, also wanted payment straight away for one night. Room fine, not sure about the double decker bed for my two girls. Noisy on balcony due to wedding, but couldn't hear it inside room. Staff pre occupied with wedding. We stayed a night at the nearby La Tonnara on the way to Sicily, and this one on the way back and the Tonnara was much nicer ( right by the beach etc) if a little pricier.

Extremely Disappointing Area
We stayed for a night here on a long trip south. The hotel is a very long walking distance on a very dangerous road from a very quiet town with almost nothing to do such as bars / restaurants. No bar facilities in the hotel after 11.30 PM. Though maybe excellent as a spa resort, I wouldn't recommend it for anything else.

We had read the amazing reviews online and decided to book. Our great gut feeling about it held true. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had read about Roberto in previous reviews and again the reviews were accurate. Everyone could speak a little English but Roberto was our go to because he was more fluent. He gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants and events. We even mistakenly showed up a day early and didn't realize until the end of our stay. They had accommodated us with no fuss at all. The hotel was very clean, big bathroom, and the beach was right across the street. The breakfast was really good. We loved the fresh croissants every morning. Great selection of food and the lunch we had there was amazing too. A great place to stay and very affordable.

This hotel was easy to find. It was lovely inside and out. The dinner tasty and a reasonable price, a Continental breakfast with plenty of choices. The staff,especially Roberto, were so nice and very helpful and welcoming. We would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel

We stayed at the hotel on our way to Rome in October which is a slower time for the hotel. Location was great - directly off the highway (easy to find). Good value for cost. It has easy and close access to the sea; great amenities: large pool, excellent cuisine in the dining room, very comfortable and clean rooms, and nice spa which we accessed. It is close to the village - which we walked to. Staff spoke little english, however, we were able to communicate adequately. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. They host many functions so could be a bit noisy during peak times. Overall - excellent experience.

È già la seconda volta che soggiorno con la famiglia in questa struttura: fantastica !!! Personale disponibilissimo, stanze comode e pulite, ottima la piscina e un piccolo parco giochi per impegnare i bambini, colazione normale.

Anche se non siamo in altissima stagione, la struttura dovrebbe essere in piena funzione, e ciò riguarda anche la piscina dove le pompe per la cascata e l'idromassaggio erano sempre staccate e per la colazione compresa scarsamente fornita.

Niemand spricht englisch, das Personal ist arrogant, genervt und unfreundlich. Offensichtlich ist das Personal auch nicht ausgebildet und mit den einfachsten Dingen bereits überfordert. Auf Zimmerwünsche wird nicht eingegangen und die Lage direkt an der Zugstrecke und Schnellstraße hat uns die schlimmste Nacht auf unserer Reise bereitet.

Non è assolutamente il tipico hotel "al mare", che spesso anche con 4 stelle offre un servizio e un ambiente approssimativo e confuso. La struttura è molto grande e ospita di tutto: sale per ricevimenti (al ritmo di un matrimonio ogni giorno, durante il periodo estivo che ci ha visti ospiti), piscina esterna molto bella, sdraio, tavolini esterni, giochi per bambini, una piscina interna semi olimpionica, un centro benessere, una sala fitness... Tutto gestito molto bene, pulito ed elegante. Di fronte all'hotel, un mare bellissimo da fare invidia alle migliori coste italiane più blasonate e conosciute, ma la cosa incredibile è che era praticamente DESERTO. KM di spiaggia a disposizione, con servizio di ombrelloni e lettini incluso per gli ospiti dell'hotel. Per finire, il personale dell'hotel era professionale ed educato, formato da ragazzi più giovani e personale più esperto, equamente distribuiti. Tutti pronti a risolvere qualche piccolo problema o necessità che sempre capitano durante una settimana di soggiorno. Insomma davvero nulla da eccepire. Bravi, davvero!

In Camera è impossibile riposare nel primo pomeriggio ho di sera in quanto La struttura alberghiera ha 4 ristoranti molto utilizzati per cerimonie di tutti i generi e la musica altissima e chiamando la reception ci dicono che non possono fare nulla in quanto stanno facendo festa di matrimonio non avendo rispetto verso gli ospiti dell hotel

Hotel molto bello con piscina e sala ricevimento per matrimoni. Personale gentile e qualificato alla reception e check-in veloce. La camera molto bella con balcone e bagno grande con doccia. Abbastanza silenziosa e letto matrimoniale comodo. La colazione abbondante sia nel dolce che nel salato ed anche la frutta fresca è stata gradita. Un consiglio che posso dare per il ristorante è quello di essere chiari col menù perchè arrivato la sera ho deciso di cenare in hotel ma avevo fatto il trattamento di sola colazione. Il cameriere mi ha presentato la lista di un menù fisso per i pasti dei due giorni che dovevo soggiornare non dicendomi che fuori menù fisso si poteva ordinare ovviamente pagando a parte quello che si voleva. Me ne sono accorto solo quando un signore del tavolo vicino ha ordinato un piatto fuori menù ed io poi ho fatto lo stesso. Un pò più di chiarezza non guasta ma per il resto è andata bene. Come servizi l'hotel ha una spiaggia privata a 50 metri a piedi, si deve solo passare sotto un ponte della ferrovia ma facilmente raggiungibile ed è molto bello per chi ama la tranquillità. Si deve fare una tessera da 9 euro al giorno e si ha il diritto ad un ombrellone e due lettini più l'ingresso alla piscina esterna dell'albergo, molto bella anche quella. In spiaggia funziona il bar ma solo con bibite e gelati e consiglio anche di provvedere alla vendita di panini quantomeno per chi vuole trascorrere in spiaggia il soggiorno. Lo consiglio e ci tornerò.
