Nice motel close to I-40.

Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable. Lobby was specious and welcoming. Breakfast was so so. Only complaint I have and it's really not drastic is Ice machines never had any ice , none of them.

Desk staff was great, but rooms not cleaned well

The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful, but the place is not kept up that well. There were bits of trash around the room and old melted ice cream in the mini-fridge. The wifi was also infuriating because it kept disconnecting every few minutes.

Nice Amazing Hotel

Amazing room was my second time staying at this hotel both times were great enjoyed the cleanness of room and how it was set and the beds were comfy. I will be back

Older Property but Well Maintained

Blood on toilet seat

We booked a queen two room suite through expedia. There was blood (menstrual)? on the underside of the toilet seat, covering an area of about three inches. Previously to my husband discovering this, my toddler used this toilet. I am very upset and disgusted about this biohazard. There was also hair in the bathtub. After calling the front desk twice and letting it ring with no answer, I went down to the front desk. The woman was alone and frazzled, and informed me there were no other rooms and that she would try to come clean it but it would be awhile, but no one ever came to clean the bathroom. While I understand the front desk worker was alone and stressed, I was irritated that my complaint was not treated more seriously. I was barely apologized to; she acted a little indignant and defensive about the situation. The rest of our evening was spent tense and suspicious of the cleanliness of our surroundings, rather than relaxing after a long drive. There was another bathroom in our suite, thankfully, and it looked ok. My toddler spent the rest of the evening/morning parroting that "this potty doesn't have blood on it"! I did tell the lady at the front desk the next morning and felt she was more appropriately apologetic and insisted that that wasn't representative of the Baymont. She said she would speak to the manager and housekeeping. I informed her that this was our first stay, and we would not return.

Pros: Location.
Cons: Absolutely nothing. Unless they bring breakfast to me....
Definitely worth it. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Comfortable bed, great staff....what else?

Hotel was very clean.

Pros: The room was clean.
Cons: The towels were a little worn out.
Location: Location was nearby a Walmart and lots of eating places around.
Hotel was clean and staff was very helpful. I asked staff for directions and they were very helpful. Bed sheets were clean.

Good over nite stop

Room was fine. Clean and comfortable. No elevator to 2nd floor. Staff was courteous.

Booked for 2 nights but checked out after a night

Booked a king suit for 2 nights but checked out after a night because the bed and stay was uncomfortable. The bed wasn't comfortable at all. the king suit was not even average bedroom. The couch was unclean and old. Won't ever stay at Baymont.

Amarillo one night stay

Cons: Oil the hinges on the bathroom door so that it can be opened quietly during the night.
Location: Fast and local Mexican restaurant were close by. We really weren't looking for things to do in the area, just wanted a night's sleep.
easy to access from I40. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was adequate. Temperature in the room was a little difficult to regulate with the older room unit. Overall, a good night's sleep and we were on our way the next morning.
