Pros: Breakfast was great! Love that they have smoking rooms, most do not allow smoking anymore. Popcorn in the lobby and coffee.Beds were very comfortable.
Cons: Gravy at breakfast could be a little thicker.

Made reservation on Expadia which was less than booking direct.

Pros: clean room and nice beds
Cons: roadwork in the area made it tough to enter
Location: lots or restaurants
Great staff, even though they were busy with parties and a wedding, they made sure our information was handled correctly. Nice stay! Clean room and nice beds.

Nice hotel, great staff

We checked in fairly late and the night manager was so friendly, funny and nice. He gave us great tips on places to visit and what to avoid. The breakfast was good and the bed was very comfortable. My only issue is the low shower head. I'm 5ft10 and I had to bend to use it

Hotel on the wrong side of town.

Hotel is old and needs work. The front lobby door didn't close. There were a bunch of food crumbs on the sofa cushions.

Great hotel when traveling with small dogs.

Only concern I had was that if breakfast is offered till 9 a.m., there should be everything available even if coming in at 9 a.m. Barely got any breakfast at 8:30 a.m. Staff did not make more breakfast foods when earlier diners consumed all of available items.

Pros: Our 4th floor room was clean and comfortable and the staff is FANTASTIC!
Cons: THE 5TH FLOOR!!!!! The whole thing please....
Location: Lot's of food and coffee nearby.
The staff was extremely nice! The facility was pretty good for the most part. The catch was that I had booked through Expedia's deals thing at the last minute and was very satisfied until I got to the 5th floor and it reeked of smoke...... Then we went into the room and it was worse than the hallway plus the beds were horrible and the furniture and floors had a lot of fun miscellaneous colors going on. It as truly an awful room. I say that not to completely discourage though... I went back downstairs to talk with the staff and they mentioned that Expedia automatically puts you in the cheapest room but they were able to move me to the 4th floor which was TERRIFIC for a cheap stay. The hallway smelled fine and so did the room. The beds were comfortable and it turned out to be a great stay. Just ask NOT to be on the 5th floor, unless you smoke and then that's up to you.
