Worst Motel Ever!

It was a horrible, nasty mess. How could anyone ever stay in such a place. The staff was horrible, the room was nasty, and they weren't even sure if my room was rentable. But since they were "overbooked" due to online booking. They felt the room was appropriate enough to stay in. Smh.

The room key did not work in the room door from the time we got ther until the time we lefted and we had to go and get the staff to let us in every time came back to the room we stayed for 3 nights and the last night there they decided to gave us another room when they could have did from the baging we had to wait in the hot sun waiting for someone to come went the master key to let us in and when we got there that friday night checked in got the room key for room 14 seen it did work went back to the front desk and told the guy the key did not work he tryed to say we did something to the key because we was black instead saying ok i'll take care fo it right away don't accuse me for something i did't do so no i will not be going back there

The problem was simply user error that could and should have been immediately corrected. We hope you come see us again when in Amarillo. They overbooked and did not give me my room. I had driven 3 hours; it was midnight and I had nowhere to go.

Cons: I DON'T SEE HOW YOU CAN RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL.

The spas jets shoots the water so high it gets in your eyes while your sitting in it. Not good!

It was a good place to rest for a night. The internet wasn't working, possibly because of a storm. It was the first place we've ever stayed that had linoleum instead of carpeting throughout the whole room. Seemed strange, but maybe that's a TX thing.?
