As for the WiFi we have tried everything we can to boost the signal and unfortunately nothing has worked. Our room rates now reflect the fact that the internet only works in the common areas.

We do our best to mitigate the problem but there is only so much we can do when it is so thick and constantly coming to shore. We hope that next time you visit the seagrass will be gone.

Thank you for taking the time to review us, every comment helps! I want to offer you my apologies that your stay with us was not as enjoyable as you had hoped. As for the light coming into your room, we are aware of the issue and we have come up with a solution. Unfortunately, the problem could not be addressed while you were here because materials can be hard to come by on an island especially during our busy season. When it comes getting around San Pedro and traveling beyond Mata Rocks Resort, we do have bikes available for our guests free of charge. In addition, we also have golf carts on premises for you to rent by the hour, day or week should you not want to pay and wait for cabs next time you visit. We're so glad to hear that you enjoyed our complementary airport pickup and the beachfront bar, every detail of the guest experience is important to us so!
