“There was no remote for the TV and we asked several times for help getting one. There is no onsite help. There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. The local people laughed when asked about street parking being available. The check out process was unclear as I couldn't get the key box to open back to depsosit the key back. “Came in December and didn't use any of the pool/hot tub, but really appreciated the location and convenience of this property. Host was always quick to respond. Very easy access with excellent pictures and information ahead of time to ensure clear understanding of what to expect and where to go. Did not have any issues during my stay and was perfect for working remotely for part of my stay. Would definitely recommend this place, especially for a longer stay. Will look here next time I'm in the……

“No one was at the front desk when we arrived. Waited. Walked around saying "hello"? Finally someone emerged from the back, never said a word to us, just handed us a key card. Went up to the room, all was well until 730 am when people and children were slamming doors, yelling in the hallway, running up and down the hall screaming...at 730 am on a SUNDAY. This went on for an hour when we finally gave up trying to sleep and went downstairs for breakfast. Then checked out...again NO ONE at the……
