Great facilities, lots to do for the kids. Service was a bit slower than I would have expected but the hotel and grounds are awesome. Food is amazing.
From the moment we checked-in til our early morning check-out, the staff was friendly and proficient. We will definitely be back!

Friendly, relaxing, great experience. Bobs was very good, Breakfast buffet pricey ..next time we will run into town. Overall nice stay, we will be back
Paid extra for ocean view. Unfortunately my eyes couldn’t get past the construction site next door.
Great customer service. Located just a short walk to the beach, this facility and its staff will make you feel at home
Great little motel with a 60's vibe in a laid back beach town on Amelia Island. Very comfortable, right on the beach with a pool. Friendly staff. Limited options for restaurants nearby.
This was our first trip to Amelia Island and we totally lucked out on finding this great home. Not only was the house itself awesome the location was perfection. The beach was large and mostly empty. Dan Ward was extremely easy to work with and we enjoyed every minute of our stay.
If more attention was given to the tile and shower doors i would say its its an exceptional hotel. The lobby area was very clean well decorated, there was always a cold drink available, plenty of parking, bike rentals, and breakfast prepared for each person

The experience of staying at the Hoyt House was relaxed, laid back and very enjoyable. The hosts, Ricky and Tracie, were hospitable and made my wife and I feel right at home. Breakfasts were delicious and the bed was the most comfortable ever.
We really enjoyed our stay. The only complaint is that it isn't made clear anywhere on their website that some of the villas aren't located along the beach. In fact, our villa was about half a mile back into the greenery and away from the beach. If we wanted to walk to the beach, it took about 20 ...
