The property itself was good, very nice and simple with no issues. My main complaint is with the customer service- I left an item in my hotel. Offered to pay to ship it to me as I am not local- clearly. The woman on the phone simply said “we don’t do that” and that she will throw it away if I don’t get it. Absolutely awful customer service, especially considering the contents of the item are medications and personal. For this woman alone I wouldn’t go back. Now I must find a way to retrieve the item as they refuse to ship it- as every other hotel would do.

We stayed for a few days and check in was a breeze. The woman who checked us in was very friendly and had a lot of recommendations for dining. She was very helpful. Our room was very large and spacious but most importantly it was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were ok. I usually travel with my own as I am picky but they were good. The only issue we had which was not the hotel’s problem was the people upstairs who came back at 3 am and were extremely loud every night but besides that we highly recommend the hotel. There is a Starbucks a minute away, Target, Walmart and many other shops if you need anything. Downtown Napa is 15-20 mins and Sonoma 30-40 mins away depending on traffic so it is very conveniently located. We used the gym daily which was clean and had everything we needed. Thank you for a great stay!

Very clean room and the breakfast was decent too. Loved the fact that the place is right by the Hwy-29. Lots of options for the restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our stay, totally worth the money.

Great Stay
Our stay was excellent, the staff where wonderful and every helpful and very friendly. They make you feel very welcome. I would not have a problem recommending Fairfield Inn & Suite to my family and friends. The place very safe and secure.

This property is close to Napa Valley. It was convenient, clean, breakfast was good - had different options. Coffee was really good :) Price was reasonable compared to competitors and parking was free

Good choice
Nice hotel very conveniently located. We thought the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was surprisingly good. The room was not very big but worked well. We would come back.

Easily park in the front of hotel. Didn't like that one bed light Didn't work. Needed to have plugs closer to the nightstand to charge phones. Found a few ants in the bathroom as well.

The one thing we liked was the breakfast room. The things we disliked were 1. grab bar in shower coming off 2. Safety lock on door hanging 3. cobwebs all over the outside window and tree 4. phone did not work for over 24 hours 5. TV would turn off after so long even though you would click for it not to 6. Would have to ask for clean towels or clean room. This was an 8 day stay way over priced!
