The staff was friendly, the lobby and room were clean, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. The only thing I was bummed about was the jets in our jacuzzi tub were not working, but that wasn’t a huge deal. Just a bummer!

The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately my room did not have a working thermostat, and therefore no heat. That was not good. And snow removal started super early in the morning right outside my window, which happens as they are trying to keep people safe.

On accident, I booked a room with a jacuzzi. I asked the front desk if it was possible to get a smaller room. He spoke about having to clean two beds, although I had not touched anything. He did not bother to look for another room and the hotel was not full. I decided to use the room I booked Obviously it had not been used in a while. Dead bugs, dusty, clock not moved back an hour, light bulb above jacuzzi/ shower was burned out. Bed, pillows, and bathroom vanity are outdated. Jacuzzi tub old and had crack that had been repaired.

Visiting for a football game. Staff at counter was friendly. Room was clean but very basic. Room and property need some updating. Price was high because of the football game which should be illegal to price gouge like that. Had an outside light that was blinking like a strobe light that kept flashing in our window (curtain did not cover entirely).

Booked this because it was the least expensive option at the last minute. We have stayed in this area a number of times over the past five years, and this was probably the most average experience we’ve had. Initial room had plumbing issues, so they moved us to a new room, Which had a gurgling toilet. Staff seemed helpful but exasperated, like they were disappointed that the property was not better kept for guests. Again, priced significantly lower than many of the other properties in the area, so definitely you get what you pay for. Could be a really nice option with just a little more maintenance

we ask on the phone for a room with walk in shower but we didnt , bed sheet was dirty , air in the room was feeling moistured, and behind the dresser and on top of the headbord was completly dusty

Well, the shower curtain would not stay in place because the rod was broken. Secondly, the floor wasn't the cleanest because when my husband stepped in the shower, the bottom of his feet were black.

The hotel is filthy. The first thing I notice is a This is a Smoke Free place sign by the entrance and are greeted with a lady puffing a smoke right in front of the entrance. Checked in, went into the room and the first thing I saw was nail clippings on the floor and the room stank like a wet dog. I went to the bathroom and there's pet hair on the sink, mold on the bathtub, leaky faucet that you can't stop. The list keeps going. I asked for a different room, went inside and even though it wasn't as smelly as the previous it had mold all around the AC, bathtub again, smoke detector had a mold ring around it but the worst thing was a dried-up snot under the pillow. Again, a leaky faucet and the toilet barely flushed. The phone on the nightstand is from the 80's, didn't want to touch it. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and I will not EVER stay at any Red Roof Inns even if it was free.
