Convenient and contemporary

Posted Dec 30, 2016
Pros: contemporary look, clean, location
Cons: Real eggs at breakfast would be great.
This hotel is close to I-35, and I like the contemporary decor. No frills, but it is a good dependable hotel we've stayed at multiple times.

Okay Hotel

Posted Sep 12, 2016
Pros: breakfast was up to standards
Cons: wifi
Location: not much for food except fast food and Pizza Ranch.
Horrible, horrible, horrible wifi, I couldn't do my emails in room 201 and I need this on business trips. Would not recommend this to a business traveler. Lady at front desk was not trained and couldn't check me in and had to call a manager who was offsite to come and check me in. She said she had checked in 3 people before me and that she was sure they were all wrong.

Awesome beds and pillows!

Posted Aug 29, 2016
Best night sleep in the comfy beds and pillows! Newer hotel, quite area, easy access to I35. A few fast food places right there. More restaurants within a mile or so. Breakfast was good. Constantly full of food. Lots of healthy choices. Did not use the pool, but it was larger than some. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel!

Posted Aug 16, 2016
We had a great experience and a very nice stay here overnight. We would have loved to have a hot tub to use but that's okay. We were totally okay without it! The staff member at the front desk was very nice and he made us feel right at home. Thank you for a very nice visit!

Nice place although no where to walk a baby in a stroller. It was a more industrial area than I expected and a bit more expensive than I thought it should be. It was worth 100.00 but not 150.00. The kind staff and safe feeling was worth the extra expense as I was able to have a late check out. Thanks for understanding a baby and her grandma.

Great breakfast, best night's sleep!

Posted Mar 15, 2016
Pros: Breakfast is wonderful!
Location: Easy to get to, not much nearby however...
My wife and I stayed overnight, booked through Expedia, and were pleasantly surprised at the ease of registration and check out. Everything about this property was clean, up to date, and comfortable. I have stayed at another Holiday Inn Express recently and I would make this my #1 preferred stay wherever I go in future.

Watch out for hidden charges

Posted Mar 9, 2016
Even though I prepaid they still charged my CC. Stated it will take 10 business days to remove. Passes experience tells me I'll need to call on this a couple times to remind them. When I checked in there were dirty towels and washcloths hanging from the shower curtain rod. Staff apologized and took care of it but it took a while. Other than that the rest of my stay was peaceful.

Thank you for your feedback! We are so sorry to hear about your billing issues. As with most hotels, debit and credit cards are authorized at check in and then the authorization is released 7-10 business days after check out. We are happy we were able to get this resolved and hope to see you again soon.

Clean and Quiet

Posted Oct 22, 2015
Pros: This hotel was priced reasonably, and was clean and quiet.
Location: This was within walking distance of a nearby sandwhich shop and pizza place. You will need to travel if you are looking for something more.
I found my stay to be pleasurable, the rooms were clean and the facilities were well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was very nice as well.
