Clean room, decent bed, restaurant has bad service

We went to the restaurant at 7 am when it opened figuring we would easily be out by 8 when we needed to leave. There were only 2 couples in front of our family of 3. At 730 only one of the couples had been served. We asked about our food and were told it wouldn't even be ready by 8. They apologized but got nothing in return when we had paid for a breakfast voucher. What a waste. Also, the hotel had changed their name and we weren't told. We were looking for a hotel name that didnt exist. That's confusing.

Toilet was clogged. Room was very small. Everything was clean and looked updated. Staff were very friendly. I wasn’t sure if was at the right hotel since the sign said “Radisson” and I had booked a room at the Holiday Inn. Drove around for a while trying to match the address to verify I was at the correct hotel. Hot tub had 6 inches of water in it. Not worth the price paid to stay there for sure. Breakfast is NOT free as advertised. You receive a $20 credit towards breakfast. Not free breakfast. Also, be prepared to leave gratuity. The breakfast food tasted the same as if it was continental. Not sure why they needed to change the format to a sit down breakfast for the same exact food.

For any future stays with us, the hot tub you referred to is really a kiddie pool and that is why there is only 6 inches of water in that pool. Nice hotel

We really liked the hotel, however they did not give me the two free breakfasts that I was supposed to get. I only got one and since I left the paperwork at home I could not prove it.

Great place to stay near campus

We are close to campus, the restaurant is very nice, and some of the rooms are newly remodeled.

Great price and great location! The 1 king room with pull out couch was very comfortable and roomie enough for extra guests.
