Our neighborhood is packed with things to do and see for the traveler looking to get away from the computer screen. Located less than two miles from Iowa State University, home here means the campus is just a short five-minute drive away. If you forgot to pack any essentials, don't worry, we have a Kum & Go convenience store next door. Our neighborhood has plenty of dining, grocery, and entertainment options nearby, so you won’t have to travel very far to find what you’re looking for. For the inner foodie in you, some of our local favorites include potstickers at Szechuan House, tenderloins at The Filling Station, and BBQ at Hickory Park. For those looking to enjoy an evening of fun be sure to check out Perfect Games. Located only half a mile away, you’ll have an action-packed evening with laser tag, bowling, arcade gaming, and pizza. For any local travel needs outside of Ames, our community gives you convenient access to the US-30.

Be close to everything that makes Ames such an amazing place to live. Artsy coffee shops. Funky food trucks. Everything is nearby. Just a short walk to Jack Trice Stadium. Grab tacos at Fuzzy’s. Other Things to Note:
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

This unit contains a smoke detector and NoiseAware device.

As a friendly reminder, smoking in your unit, common areas, or on any of the apartment grounds is strictly prohibited; doing so may result in an inability for us to continue hosting you along with an additional cleaning fee of $250.

Early check-in and late check outs may be available by request and upon availability. Please contact our guest services team to see if we will be able to accommodate your request at a rate of $5 per hour for early check in and $15 per hour for late check-out.

All reservations are subject to a Pre Check-In Security Deposit collection of $250 for incidentals and damage protection. This deposit will be returned should no issues occur.
