The people who is in the front this very friendly with the customer and they are very helpful do you direct you to your room and any problem you have in the room day I’ll try looking for different room to be with you it’s very nice of them and time and they are also all the time and volleyball day or night in different customer service thank you very much for everybody who is helped has to stay and I’m so happy to tell my friends about it and also always always always I stained it Always always I steamed it is worth it for two or three night Alakai coming to Buffalo every three months and I like staying in the same hotel all of that for tonight thank you for everybody

Unruly guests

Checked in for 3 nights. Forced to leave after 2. Guests in hallway at 4a.m. Laughing and cursing and slamming doors. Asked them finally to quiet down and they threatened us. Decided to get out of there immediately. Went to front desk on the way out and no one was there. Finally found an employee who also said she had witnessed the disturbance...but had done nothing.

Nice stay

Last minute need. Good experience for the most part. Bed sheets had old stains would have been al lot nicer with out those sheets!

Hotel Staff was amazing!!

Pros: Location was great off the highway, room was clean, staff were amazing.
Cons: Bigger breakfast selection
Location: Lots of shopping close by, lots of amazing food!
Late night check in staff was amazing. I also forgot my blanket in my room, and they kept it at the front desk for a few days until a friend was able to pick up. Really appreciate it!! Thanks so much! Will stay again :)

Great Place

I had a great experience with my boyfriend, we did a little weekend get away and it was exactly what we needed, the staff was so nice and personal. We had a smoking room and it did NOT smell like an old rotten cigarette it smelled clean and the room was clean too!!!! Thank you!!!!

Back to the B-Lo!

Cons: Keep hallways vacuumed. A business office would be great! Hey three computers and 3 desk..can cost toomuch.
Location: Kinda off the hidden path you have to go slow to find it.
I was there for a funeral and I was there only 2.5 days as I had to get back to work. I meet total of two Staff members and they were excellent. This was on check out and check in. Now, if you are looking for fancy...this wont be your stop. However if you need clean room( hallway not. So much), quiet and a cheaper stay ..then this is perfect! It's not a hole in the wall but kinda has that hostel effect. Your room has a kitchenette and to give you an idea of what I mean.. the appliances are white. However they do work and again it was quiet and clean and cheaper. It was what I needed at the time as this was a last minute trip and it was part of a flight package. Would I stay again..yes if I were on a budget and needed clean plus peace and quiet. I needed to stay somewhere close to family but not with family! Lol. I was tired and had to back to work the day after I left so again it was quiet and after I hung with family I got some great sleep. I lov e 4 &5 star hotels but not when its a turnaround trip. And the only that really got on my nerves is they never vacuumed the halls? There were a few pieces of paper in the halls and no one ever vacuumed? Oh and no Business Office cor computer use but they do have a website you go on and email to the front desk to print your boarding pass etc. Thanks

Was in town for a week celebrating holiday and birthdays. Hotel was quiet, clean, comfortable, and worth the price. It was a large room with a great kitchenette.

How hard is it to clean

Got to the hotel to find their computer system was down all day and nobody was able to check in so that tells me there is no rush in cleaning the rooms however the shower stall was full of hair long ones in the tub in the wall of the shower had a lot of little black ones. As I get out of the shower I notice a used Band-Aid on the floor next to the toilet and upon further inspection it looks like around and behind the toilet hasn't been cleaned in over a year. This just made me feel grossed out about the whole room. Bed sheets seem to be the only clean thing in the room. Also you advertise a breakfast. Sort of expected more then oatmeal in a cup without a spoon, and dried granola bars. Only plus was a lady that checked me in seem like she was hard-working trying to get the hotel computer system back up and running.
