"The hospitality I received from the moment I stepped out of my taxi was very professional. Check in attendant went out of his way to make me feel welcomed. The morning breakfast was very delicious with plenty to choose from, including a delicious omelet prepared on the spot by a chef. The wait staff went above and beyond what one would expect, especially for a free breakfast. The waiter that stood out the most was Mr Batran. Two mornings he went out of his way to ensure I started my day off right. And 2 days in a row, the chef made me delicious omelets. It goers without saying that I will definitely come back. "

"Gem in the heart of the city. Sense of luxury in every step. Hadeel at the Front Desk is so nice. Nicest person ever. She was always helpful and anticipated every need before we even knew it. Pleasant conversations with her every morning and genuinely cares that you are enjoying your stay. Omar, security and breakfast Team were fantastic as well. Breakfast and valet parking included. Location is perfect, 15 minute drive to most major neighborhoods. Room was very clean. But again, for me it’s all about the service. Product only complements the service and they do an amazing job. Ask for Hadeel, she’ll make your day with her kindness and positive energy. Cannot wait to be back."
