料金には程遠い。。。

Posted Aug 12, 2014
Cons: あり過ぎて書けません。
Location: 全く無し
初日は温水が出ず、修理を頼んだ2日目も全然修理せず。。。 バスマットを頼んでも持ってこず、料金には全く見合いません。むしろ返金して欲しいくらいです。

Two minus points : 1. Had to pay 5.5% more at check out which they claimed as taxes. 2. Toilet fixtures broken.

Nice Hotel with large Suite Rooms

Posted Mar 30, 2014
Pros: Great staff -- all English speaking. Easy to call for Taxi's. Large suite rooms.
Cons: A bit run down. Could use a refurbish and some R&M.
Location: Everything is by taxi including meals. There is a Marriott walking distance (about 3/4 mile) for dinner.
Nice place with very helpful staff. No restaurants at the hotel or in the area. Had to walk about a mile to the Marriott for food. Not the most convenient of locations. Set up to bring in your own food/groceries. Very difficult for Taxi's to locate but hotel staff good at directing them via phone.

Not a good hotel.

Posted Feb 26, 2012 on Hotels
Really not a good hotel to stay at. It is very badly maintained and staff is friendly but not professional. Most rooms are rented long term to Lebanese & Syrians so not a real hotel. Run down place, bad wifi, no towels, no toilet paper,....so keep away.
