Barely hostel standard
Sanitation products not cleaned from previous stay, dirty, unkept and check-in staff were very rude! Definitely would not recommend!!!

In need of serious renovation
The room was clean and comfy but had broken furniture, peeling paint, and sheets that we're obviously very very well used. The hotel is in a good location and very helpful and friendly staff. But because of the overall condition, would only stay here again if it had a very steep discount.

the worse hotel ever
this should not be called hotel - its **** stars hotel . but the reality its not even 1 * star. ........ the room's are very smiley. and Caret dirty. the rooms are small . and no space to walk between the bed and chair. .... bathroom not clean and no even worm water. and the toilet not working . no enough light in bathroom to shave even,. the closed broken . no Iron board nether the iron it self. thy charge you $ 1.5 JD$ for water. that's like $ 3 Canadian dollars for ,5 litter water . where in Expedia says 1 water free. and much more

This hotel should NOT be in market
Arrived 26th April 2017. the lobby was good but the rooms worse of what i seen in other country's. it says 4 **** stars. and its not even 1 * star. someone told me . for the price its good. i paid $C 289.00 for 3 and half night's... the rooms are very small i barely walked around bed. bathrooms not working. they Charged me for 1.5 JD$ of water - where it says included. they have private taxi's NOT Honest. and they promote for prostitution and other activist's by offering to take you there. watch out. !!

Very bad experience, the room was very dirty, bathroom conditions totally bad dirty shower screen broken shower try very very dirty electric sockets exposed and danger, even at the lobby tables were broken and in fact if there are kids there they would get hurt because every single table there you can even touch otherwise collaps

suitable for short stay
it was a great experience, i stayed 4 nights in this hotel, the staff and the manager were very polite and very cooperative, the room was clean & the bathroom was suitable, their breakfast was good and variable. its location was excellent for my business with easy access to safeway & 2 main streets. the only thing that i was bothered with is the wifi service which was not good.

cheap hotel, the location of the hotel is not bad, breakfast was excellent Staff was very friendly and professional but the rooms are very small, and kinda noisy I wasn't satisfied by the cleanliness of the bathrooms
